This is not about this particular store but the organization in general. AVOID this company. They are unscrupulous crooks! I placed an order and made payment through a gift card the total was almost 40% higher than the price of the item. They could tell me at that time how much was sales tax and how much shipping so I immediately attempted to cancel the order. The customer service rep said it had been cancelled and when I queried about refund to the gift card they said it would take at least a day. I protested and was given a supervisor who told me they had taken care of it. BIG LIE!!! The item was shipped!!!
