I recently visited the Starbucks location at 351 on July 23 and unfortunately did not receive a receipt. As a result, I was uncertain about how to submit a formal complaint, which prompted me to write this review. During my visit, I interacted with a young lady at the window with red or orange hair, who displayed a notably unpleasant attitude. Despite my clear repetition of my order via the intercom, she only rang up one drink when I arrived at the window I politely pointed out the error, she responded with a negative demeanor. Following payment, she rolled her eyes, which I found particularly discourteous. Throughout the interaction, I maintained a courteous tone, thanking her and receiving a barely audible response. Regrettably, due to this employee's behavior, I do not intend to return to this location. It is worth noting that I did not exhibit any rudeness during our interaction, and I believe it is essential for service industry professionals to provide respectful service, regardless of personal issues or biases. Read moreThis is the second Starbucks I've been to this week and by far the WORSE. Customer Service to non-regulars was notably poor. I ordered a venti drink and was told they were out of venti cups. Conversation stopped there, barista made no other suggestions. I then ordered and paid for a trenta. When I went to sit down, I observed several regulars getting their venti in a trenta cup. Same visit, observed two of the baristas argue with a customer. As the barista sat the ladies' drink down, it fell over. The customer replied by saying "I don't want that". The barista then said "well, don't take it then." As the lady was preparing to leave, she turned around and asked them if they had something to say. One of the baristas commented, "hope you have a better day.". The lady replied the same. Instead of leaving it at that, the barista then said, "I will once you leave." Same store, same visit.
