I placed an order online for $25 with your online app. I ordered food and received my food made incorrectly. I contacted your restaurant immediately on Christmas Eve to notify them of the mistake. I was spoken to very condescendingly and was not met with any type of empathy in regards to a $25 order on Christmas Eve being made incorrectly or any type of assistance to correct the mistake. The offer that was made to me was to either come up to the restaurant and have the order completely Replaced or I could come when the restaurant was open again after Christmas Day and have the order remade or get a card to have a free meal. The next time that I came in I came into the store on December 26 to have that to happen. I was told they would not be honoring what they told me and that They donāt know why I was lied to. I spoke with Mariana and was given these offers and once I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant, Audra or Otra, I was told that this would not be happening. She was decent as far as pleasant tree was concerned she did not have any negative. Spoke Again, there was no empathy. I was told that the general manager advised that he would not authorize to have my meal remade, even though I had picture showing that it was made incorrectly that he would refund me when he returned to work for my entire order this would be an inconvenience for me because I was already there now and wasted gas and time coming up there. Iāve already paid for delivery on my previous order and had come to the restaurant in order to have this corrected which I should not have had to do And then being told I have to come back another day in order to receive a refund that they couldāve just given me today. I was also told I would receive this refund when he returned to work however a month ago when I had an issue with my order, I was offered a refund and never received it. This concerns me that I wonāt receive this one either. It is very poor business practice to offer a customer a resolution, and when they show up in order to receive said resolution that was offered to be denied that resolution and to go back on your word, it is very poor business practice and Iām very disappointed. I worked at mcallisters in college for years, and am in the hospital, and wanted a club with no meat, substituting cheese instead, due to my religion. The online ordering tried to charge me $6.99 for this change. I explained the additional charges, and she told me that that was accurate, which, in the 6 years that I worked at mcallisters, I have never known to be true. This was the same sandwich I got everyday for years. I politely asked to speak to the manager, assuming that she was unaware of the cost difference. and she said āone secondā and laughed in my face and then said āMy name is marianna, I am the managerā. This lady is obviously going through something to feel the need to be so rude over the phone, when someone asks for a change that SAVES the restaurant money.
