McDonald's — Restaurant in Memphis

Every time I visit this location the manager that is there is so disrespectful and it’s not the 1st time and her staff follows her lead. Not a good example to seat you keep us on hold I patiently waited and just decided to ride around because I was not sure if they were open or having issues or anything so I pulled to the first one nobody was there poor to the second one here goes the same manager again that always have that same attitude she had no staff that’s what she said. I totally can understand that but customer service comes first no matter what you’re going through at work, all she had to say was that she had no staff on and she’s only doing mobile orders only instead she put me on hold so when I got to the second window is when she decided to let me know that that’s where she was doing that is so not professional and honestly this is the McDonald’s that I love to go to anytime morning evening or night but anytime I come at night normally it’s never this late but I was getting off work late today so I decided to come by this late. She has an attitude every time I come I’ve never reported this because I just let it slide and go by my way the food is always fresh and good, but the attitude with her is ridiculous...

I waited at the order window for 10 min and no one came! There was another car in the other lane waiting also. They just backed out and left. I pulled up to the side window and saw 3 workers inside. The young man came up and I asked if they were still open? He called a lady over I assumed was the manager. She came over and said "what do you want?" I said a Hamburger Happy Meal. She replied "No toy!" Not... we don't have any toys for the meals.. just NO TOY!" I said that's OK. and I also need a chicken nugget Happy Meal. She again says NO TOY! Then she said what count? I told her 4. She said that's $9.20. She took my$ gave me my receipt and walked off. The young man gave me my order. NEITHER ONE SAID THANK YOU, KISS MY FOOT OR NOTHING. I THEN CALLED THE 888# THEY HAVE POSTED. IT IS AN AUTOMATED ANSWERING MACHINE! GIVES THE SPILL THEY ARE BUSY AND SAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT THEN HANGS UP! The customer service in this place is terrible! I waited 30 mins in the driver thru for one. Then they barely put sauce on my sandwich and when I went in to ask for more .. the manager (im assuming) dragged her feet. I had to ask for the sauce three times and still didn’t get it because the Worker got irritated at me being impatient due to their customer service! I spent my entire lunch break messing with these people and didn’t even have time to eat my meal and the meal didn’t good because I am forced to eat a dry sandwich! If the black lady with the ponytail is working, don’t even waste your time. She don’t take time to even make her customers feel better about the lack of customer service. She watched me from inside the building knowing I had been waiting way too much at the window for my meal. She didn’t apologize for the wait or try to make me feel better about her lack of leadership!
