My bestfriend & I purchased the rib tips, when she got home to begin to partake of her food she took only a few bites..

It wasn’t even 30 minutes after when she being to feel terrible & break out in hides from her head to toes.. She started to vomit & have very bad diarrhea for the next couple of days…

Today she called to tell them what she had experienced, the 1st lady answered with a very nasty attitude & identified herself as “Ms. Neely”, she then gave her the spill on what happened; that lady laid the phone down & said “HOLD ON”

After a couple of minutes another lady picked up the phone & she identified herself as “Ms. Neely” as well, so my bestfriend begins to tell her story all over again & was trying to get her to understand that the phone could have been cooked in the same grease as fish, due to her being allergic to fish..

“Ms. Neely” begin to cut her off & become very snappy yelling “Wait a minute, wait a minute ma’am, it takes 24 hours before food can have a reaction in your system”

My bestfriend said “ma’am it does not take 24 hrs if it’s an allergic reaction”, the lady constantly yelled & telling her not to tell her about their food because she knows what she’s talking about..”

So we just politely let her have her yelling binge & decided to come here to make others aware of what to expect when choosing to eat food of any kind from this...

This place is definitely a 'family business'!! My Mum & I came in on a rainy summer afternoon and we're greeted by the employees as soon as we walked through the door. Our server Kaylon was refreshingly transparent when suggesting menu items and with her answers to our questions. We ordered the 10pc wings done via her suggestion, a 2 meat combo with fries and potato salad to split. We didn't even finish it all. The wings are whole wings and they're large!! These are not KFC wings, ok! They were seasoned with chicken seasoning and piping hot!! Our meats for the combo were chicken (I know) and brisket. I wasn't pleased with the brisket but I ate it anyway. The chicken, like the wings, had good flavor and was jucy. Just before we got some togo boxes (we weren't ready) Kaylon suggested dessert... I can't lie, I love pastries, and the pastries here make me so happy I could eat one a week for the rest of my life (gotta go easy on the sweets). Made in house by Kaylon's Mum, you won't be...
