Poplar Nutrition — Restaurant in Memphis

A co worker of mine lives at this place and always has the best looking drinks, so I decided to try it out.Boy was I not disappointed. There is an extensive menu of teas, specialty t's refreshers and so on. So it took me a minute to fit. Figure out everything as this was my first experience.At a place like this. There was a customer in front of me who was placing her order. The lady behind the counter was very indifferent.That is probably the best word to use. Not rude but definitely not welcoming either. Even as I struggled to look over things, she really didn't engage. Another customer came in very bubbly, and she still was not engaging to her either. The other customer and I began a conversation, and the other customer was talking about how much she likes places like this. Because I was new and the lady behind the counter was not offering anything.I asked the new customer for a suggestion. She was getting a particular drink and it sounded good enough so I ordered it as well. Some type of mango passion refresher. It was delicious and I felt like it was nutritious. According to what was posted on the menu that was included in the drink. I did know to expect a higher price. Because the lady in front of me when I first walked in ordered two drinks and end up having to go to the car for additional money because those two drinks rang up at almost $30 and it looked as if she only had $25 in her hand. My drink was $14 but I paid $13 by saving a dollar for doing a media shout out. (I did on Facebook). I am not sure what the going rate is for this type of drink. For my pocket that was a little pricey, but not to the point where I will never go again. It will be a special treat for me. When I have done good on my fitness journey. The only other thing about this experience to be noted is that the parking lot is extremely small and hard to get in and out of being on poplar. There is a soon to be open restaurants on the other side with a parking lot, but not sure how long that will be...

I like to come here but everytime i come it seems like the person who rings me up will be collecting money and then get of the register to make my smoothie or bowl and they DONT change gloves. THIS IS VERY UNSANITARY! They should have one person on the register while others are making food. I do not want food and you've been touching money all day with those gloves. please change...

Best place to get a healthy tea. I've lost 14 pounds by drinking it. They are nice and have friendly staff and the store is clean and smelling nice. They are very punctual and fast with online orders ..they are amazing 😍 love Natalia...
