My family and I came to the location on Union Ave today and let me tell you, as soon as we walked in the door, all the employees just stared at us, no greeting , nothing. They were too busy pretending to clean while playing. It’s disgusting that we have to travel to the location in Germantown to get good customer service. We came back a second time because we were waiting on our pizza at Pizza Hut which was nearby and we were hoping that our experience would be better and it WASN’T. The first time we came the young lady stared at us for a while before my husband asked was anyone working she then proceeded to point to the order sign without saying a word. I thought it was just us but EVERY customer after us received the silent treatment as well. One guy had an online order to pick up instead of assisting him they pointed to the pickup rack without saying a word! I don’t know if the employees are mentally challenged and can’t speak or they just don’t have any manners. Read moreI am usually a fan of Smoothie King. However, I also like to get what I am paying for. I paid extra for spinach to be added to my recharge smoothie that I order fairly regularly. When they gave me my smoothie, it was bright pink with absolutely no hint of spinach whatsoever. I immediately notified the staff member of the mistake. Instead of fixing it, she insisted the spinach was in the smoothie because the receipt showed spinach.
I'm not asking for anything for free. I simply wanted what I paid for, and the staff member refused to do that. Despite me explaining to her that I order this often and showing her that there was clearly no spinach added to the smoothie, she held her ground and insisted, showing me the receipt, that because the receipt showed spinach under my smoothie, that means it was in my smoothie. Read moreI’ve started to come here just about every Friday for the special and because this location is so close to my house. However, the customer service here is subpar; there’s a young lady with a blueish- green mohawk, who is absolutely the worst. Every time I come in, she’s unfortunately at the register. She barely opens her mouth to greet you and its obvious that she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve had a couple of instances where the other workers there don’t really speak either, it’s just awkward and a bit uncomfortable. So maybe this will fall on blind eyes by management but there needs to be something done about the front-facing customer service here, especially since they represent your store.
