Starbucks — Restaurant in Memphis

The MOST INCONSISTENT location I’ve ever patroned. Every time I order from there my drink it is served differently! And it’s a fairly basic drink Cold Brew with Cold foam that’s pretty much all I order from any Starbucks. And when it’s done right it’s delicious. But this location rarely serves it correctly. Sometimes there’s no ice sometimes there is ice. Sometimes it has the separated look with the cold foam on top of the cold brew (that’s how it should be). Other times it’s all mixed it like they shook it up. Sometimes it’s over crushed ice. Sometimes it’s a thick true foam other times it’s a thin layer of bubbles or something. Extremely annoying. Why do I keep going back? Well because I’m a woman of hope and second chances. Also because the location of it is convenient to work. But darn if it isn’t annoying. Get it right it’s not rocket...

I wanted to share my wife's experience with her visit to the Starbucks located at 6165 Popular ave. 9/16/2022. My wife ordered a Venti Ice expresso with 4 shots, 5 pumps of white mocha, extra whip and Ice. The cashier said we don't have any Venti cups. She pointed out that there were venti cups and pointed right to them. The cashier said those cups are for something else. This is the most unprofessional location that I've ever visited. I suggest that management fires whoever was working this morning at around 6 AM. STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE AT 6165 Poplar if you want to feel respected and served. I honestly think they refused to give my wife what she ordered because she is asian. We run a businesses and would fire any worker that didn't treat our customers...

I love you Starbucks and I feel bad because I didn’t bother to write a review the other 100 times that everything was just fine. This poor customer service encounter is pretty funny really.

I get Starbucks every day. I asked for my coffee to be 100° because kid temperature is too hot for me. When he handed me my cup, it was burning hot. I gave it back to him and I said “this is too hot. I asked for 100 degrees”. He handed it back to me again and said “this is 100°”. I said “it’s too hot. Can you make it cooler?” he said “we could remake it, but it’ll be even hotter because it will be fresh coffee and handed it back to me again“!
