(Sat May 14th 2022) First of all.. where's management?! I called to the store at 7:16p.m to place an order by phone (avocolada 1/2 turbo, instead they gave me the full amount), and was told they no longer do orders by phone. So I placed it online, as I've done in the past, drove around to the drive thru for pick up (around 7:21pm), and was told I have to come inside for online orders. How are folk suppose to know this when we've been told, since covid to pick up in the drive thru? I was then told to go ahead and pull around (by a foreign young lady). After 5 cars ahead, I get to the window and the (African American) young lady tells me that I have to come inside. I explained, that I'd already been told otherwise. I also asked when did the policy change?.. she shrugged her shoulders. I asked for management, she tells me they don't have one. This location NEED GUIDANCE, ASAP! Because as someone else stated, I've also encountered issues with correct closing times, and workers being on the phone, while fixing smoothies. Too add, as I sit here continuing to write this review(8:03p.m), the same African young lady, sitting outside waiting for her ride, didn't even bother to tell a group of people that they were closed, as well the police officers who followed behind. Read moreI am writing this review because I went to this location back in October and that is the last time I have gone to that location and the last time I will go to that location in the future. The service was just that bad. I will even go out of my way not to got o this location because of this. I got some guy named Jeremiah as a server. He was by far the most rude server I have ever met. This was after I entered the location and no one greeted me. Not only did Jeremiah try to “clown” by having an attitude and being rude as a “show” for his coworkers, but he threw my food on the table as a means of “finishing his performance”. Yes I know the word “clown” is usually taken lightly and may even appear out of context in the current situation, but his coworkers really found this level of disrespect quite funny. I used to love that location but after that day I swore never to go back to location. I am only posting this now because I just remembered that I needed to warn anyone else that thinks about going to this location. From the other low reviews it appears I am not alone in my disappointment. Read moreI can't believe the prices. It's like eating at a nice restaurant, but to me this place needs more fast food pricing. I probably would've walked out if I didn't have my kid there. I ordered through the app... I ended up getting my price down to $31 and some change. I ended up getting my son a flatbread sandwich bc it was cheaper than the kids meal. They also really should offer more of the smoothies in kid sizes bc the ones they have are very limited and don't even sound that good. I've gotten him one before and he barely even drank it, so I got the next cheapest one and he didn't want that one either. If you get a smoothie with your meal the combo prices really should come down a dollar or 2 more. I shouldn't have to pay 15$ for my son, the same price that I had to pay for myself. Luckily the food and smoothies were pretty good or I would've been really mad. And one of the girls was nice and brought my order to me bc I didn't realize it was going to be at the pickup station bc I ordered through the app. I'd like to add that their trash can grosses me out and also their door was beeping for like at least 5 straight minutes which was very annoying.
