Wild Wings Station — Restaurant in Memphis

I went here on my way to work,I ordered a 10 pc lemon pepper wet with chicken fried rice and a 10 pcs hot wings only .. When I got to work and opened it .I 10 party wings with another sauce it wasn't hot it was kinda sweet with some over cooked fries, So I didn't get my rice at all.Then my 10 piece wing only had some type of dry rub or season salt nothing close to a lemon pepper wet .. So I called to let them know my order was messed up and what had happened.They told me I gave them someone else's ticket and they opened up and showed it to me,I told the young lady no ma'am I'm sorry The older lady that took my order never gave me a receipt or even showed me my food like she said what happened in fact the put my food in the bag and tied it up because I went to use the restroom.i attempted to taste one of each wings to see if I would like them to eat since I spent my money and at work...I didn't care for the taste so I just gave them to co workers and let them eat it instead of throwing them away...I spent like 31 or 32 dollars total and i rather some body eat it vs me throwing it away...I just wont be patronizing their...

Came to this business for the first time and the service was AWFUL! I would not recommend this business. First of all, the girl in the front did not greet us as we entered. Okay, she was busy, managing the entire front by herself. She was helping customers simultaneously while not acknowledging the customers. That is rude. Then they charged me twice for dipping sauce and when I caught it, I went back up to tell them they had charged me twice. There is a discrepancy in their system where it shows one item, but there are two charges. Two staff members argued me up and down that I was only charged for one sauce. I verified that sauces cost $.75. Then I did the math for them to show that I did indeed pay for two sauces. $11.99 plus $.75x2 is $13.49 every day of the week before tax. They told me I only paid for one sauce after I showed them the math!!! I went ahead and got a refund because ya’ll are not going to tell me that you cannot count as you ask me to pay for something! How many people have you overcharged and they didn’t catch it?!! Google, what do...

Do not spend your money at this business. They dont have no respect for loyal customers or new. I have been going to this place since 2015 and never had a problem until today when the owner of the business double charged my card for two different amounts. When I questioned why he charged me twice he got an attitude and told me that wasnt his fault. He then started raising his voice at me when I asked for my money back. So in total my card was charged three times. I had to get the police involved. SO PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ..... THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER IF NOT RESOLVED. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! I WOULD RATE 0 IF IT WOULD HAVE LET ME...
