Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Menifee

I’m not a complainer, and I always try to be reasonable and understanding, especially knowing that this is a fast-paced fast-food restaurant. However, our experience was disappointing from the very beginning.

When we tried to place our order at the kiosk, the side we wanted was not listed as an option, so we went to the cashier. We stood there for quite some time without anyone acknowledging us. Eventually, one employee rudely said, “You can order at the kiosk,” so I explained the issue we were having. A cashier finally took our order, but unfortunately, he entered it incorrectly.

When our food arrived, my husband asked about the missing items, and we were told that we had ordered incorrectly—which was not the case. The staff was very rude overall, although one employee did apologize. The environment felt stressful, and as we sat there, we noticed that nearly every customer had to return to the counter to correct an order issue. Hopefully you can plan staffing a little better and train your employees to maintain a good environment and provide good costumer service...

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but I have to now. I've started treating my family to this location as they are far superior than the one closer to my residence.

On this specific visit, I was greeted in the drive-thru by a very friendly females voice. At the window, I asked an employee for a military discount and he punched it in for me. The discount was larger than normal and when I asked about it, Michael told me he accidentally gave me a 25% discount, but that it was alright. Whether accidental or not, I really appreciated it as I have a large family and it can be rather costly to eat out.

Anyway, this location always has the friendliest and most professional employees of any fast food joint I've ever visited. They've never messed up my order, and every time I go, their service is top notch. Michael and his team of coworkers definitely deserve to be recognized for their dedication to quality fast food customer service.

LATE-NITE BITES on-the-go! Jack in the Box is iconic for a reason, it's got all-day breakfast and an easy-to-follow menu for the weary traveler. I've stopped at this location a couple times and it's always a good experience. I got the Sourdough Supreme meal w/ a lemonade and French fries. If you don't want hashbrowns with your combo, I recommend substituting like I did!

The drive-thru experience was great, we were immediately greeted and acknowledged. The menu is nice and bright, which is especially helpful when you're pulling up late at night. My family and I pulled up after a long trip around 10pm and there was no one ahead of us. The lady at the window was a little zesty but professional nonetheless, overall a solid ambiance.
