CAUTION; THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST IN QUALITY OF SERVICE. DONTTRY TO COMPLAIN. THEY JUST DONT CARE!! I called subway to have two sandwiches delivered on Sunday evening. When the sandwiches arrived they failed to put 3 bags of chips in to complete the order. The sandwiches only had the main ingredient and nothing else though a cheese steak at least should have the cheese included along with the additional choices. I called the store and was told there wasn't a manager around and if I wanted the chips to come and get them. There was no resolve for the sandwiches ordered. Tough luck!!! If this is the kind of business that subway runs then I would suggest that you take your business where you will be appreciated. They really have shown that THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OTHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY. For$25.33 I was not given anything in the way of quality of service. Read moreThis location is horrible and extremely unprofessional. I went in 30 minutes after placing a pickup order online for only 2 sandwiches. It said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there stand in line patiently for 10 minutes while they make 2 sandwiches for the 2 people in front of me. I then let them know I had a pickup order for the employee to look at me like I was crazy. She goes and finds the ticket sitting on the counter by the microwave. Read moreI placed an order online and they made it incorrectly. When I called to tell them they messed up Tori the Manager said I had to take the whole sandwich back. I told her I wouldn’t be out until later in the week and she said I would have to keep the sandwich and prove that it was made incorrectly. I then told her I have a picture why can’t I show them the flatbread was clearly incorrect. She said she can’t trust the picture because it could be pulled from the internet?
