DON'T BLAME THE STORE OR IT'S ONE VALUABLE EMPLOYEE!!!!!! It's unfortunate that I have to give this store such a low rating because it really isn't the store's fault itself. To be very honest my first visit was on a Wednesday and I was helped by Jozalyn. I was totally annoyed when arriving, my phone was taking a dump and I did not want to spend the money. Jozalyn was so great! She offered me the perfect deal, she graciously meditated between myself and customer care over the phone when I was less than patient with communication challenges. Jozalyn gave such great customer service it really turned my day around. When my new phone was delivered I went in to have it ported over. RUBY was working at this particular time of day. First of it was 1030 in the morning and she was braiding her hair at the counter. Next I set the box and said I needed your activated. RUBY asked me no questions just opened and taking the SIM from old phone to new phone then CHARGED ME SOMETHING I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!! And handed out to me like she was my hero.. Hero she was not. The device was not ported over now I was going to have to go back and no one wants to do that!! Thankfully Jozalyn was there, I explained what happened, I was so irritated because to fix what RUBY had done was going to inconvenience my life even more. Jozalyn was like "no way, I'm going to fix this and see it through to the end " you definitely do not want to under value your employee Jozalyn she was very professional and efficient, she really made this store look above competent and my hero for sure.    Read moremost horrible experience ever, was promised last week OH get 200$ off when you port in from verizon,Ok sounds good i would like (this phone) oh we are out but some are probably coming in a couple of days. Me ok so deal still will apply? Them OH yes of course..fast forward ..i call every day to check.no phone..so of course today i call and Yes it's in .I am excited so i stop by there on my way home from work. Carla grabs a device and the accessories i wanted ,I say to her (so all i'm paying for is the tax on the device ,service and accessories ?) She responds (YES) ok she ypes away ports the number ,and then says the bill is almost 200$ , i say to her no, you said, port number get 200$ off ,she responds with well that deal is gone. i respond with ,you promised,make the deal. not my fault you didn't have the device i wanted. Now Carla and Bianca attitude change ..i say well if you do what you promised restore everything back to original. Oh well you will have to call,,,WHAT? you messed it up you fix it,oh well we are going home in 10 min...seriously?? Now i have my verizon phone which is inoperable because of your mistake and i have to fix it?? Humm ,I know do what you promised and all is good ,why does your staff get adviserial when there is conflict ? Didn't even try to sell me another device.    Read moreHonestly was a bad experience. I used to work for this company myself in the past and I know there’s quotas to reach but definitely not by scamming people. The manager of this store was the only one working when I went in for an upgrade, from the jump he was very pushy on what phone to get, with his “special employee discount” that included accessories as if he had the magic button to due so… I also asked what was the most inexpensive iPhone the store carried & he went straight into we don’t have any cheap iPhones, when I didn’t ask that. Shouldn’t automatically assume the customer can’t pay upfront for a higher end phone. That’s why I was asking prices… We proceeded with the upgrade, he asked if I wanted insurance and I kindly declined. After I paid for just the phone (no accessories) he said I had a balance on my account of $2.. funny enough I had just paid my bill a day or 2 before. Later on, I called customer care for a service issue & it also turns out he added the insurance anyways after declining. He had also told me the price on the phone came out cheaper due to his discount. Like please be foreal, I like doing business with people who are honest, and upfront. The last thing a manager of that menifee store should be doing is scamming people. There’s more to add but I’ll leave it at that.
