Let me just say it is not a crime to review your experience and food service . This assistant manager And store manager and also most importantly the employees need to be under review in regards to treating anybody with respect and their customer service big time !. Me and my sister had an incident where I Ordered food to be made fresh and that resulted into me having to wait ( no problem I always wait no rush ) . As I was waiting I had a sip of my soda and noticed it as flat so when my order came I wanted to ask for a different one . The lady that brought our food we asked her if we can get another one and she just walked away . She comes out with next car order that is parked next to me with no drink and comes to me and says the soda machine don’t work my manager said pick another . So I picked another soda . She went back by this time I’m waiting more than 10 plus minutes from the time she brought food was already getting cold . So she keeps having us waiting and at this point we had a messed up drink that should be replaced fast because it’s such a little error it’s not a big order ? So my sister gets off and knocks on the door and after a couple minutes she comes out and gives her the drink and says . I don’t make the orders we are super busy and that’s that I can’t do nothing about it . But we answered her we should be prioritized because we been waiting for soooo long that isn’t hard to replace a drink you’ve had me waiting is what my sister said . And the assistant manager was looking from the drive they window but couldn’t hear and the employee had the audacity to call my sister a CABRONA which is Spanish look it up to see what is means !!!. In what world do we live in ? Just because it is franchise doesn’t mean they can treat people like this and she specifically called us that because we’re Mexican too like her . But oh no don’t let that be a white or black because i bet lawsuit would be involved . And I got off the car and told the manager do you notice what your employee just said to mi sister ? She called her that and the manger said laughing in a joking way , oh my god she said that ? I’ll talk to her in no way she said sorry or anything she just kept laughing. . I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Bradley Rd. location in Sun City on the evening of 05/27/2024.
I had a mobile order and was passed the drive-thru around 9:52 PM and found two cars ahead of me. The vehicle at the window seemed to be experiencing difficulties, causing a significant delay. I did not reach the window until 10:08 PM. Despite the delay, I was handed my order immediately upon arrival at the window.
However, upon checking my French fries, I found them to be cold. I informed the staff member, who took the fries back with an apparent attitude. When I then checked my chicken nuggets, they were also cold. I requested a refund, and the staff member, again displaying an unprofessional demeanor, took the bag, disposed of its contents, and processed my refund.
When I asked for the employee's name, he refused to provide it and made a frustrated remark about the previous customer, indicating his dissatisfaction with their order. This suggested to me that his frustration with the previous customer affected his service towards me, resulting in my cold food and poor experience.
The main reason for y.concern is that it seems as though the employee was well aware that my food was not up to standards, yet he still attempted to give them to me in that state.
I believe respect should be mutual, and employees should treat customers with professionalism regardless of any difficulties they may face. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it reflects poorly on the customer experience and suggests they might benefit from finding a position they find more fulfilling.
I hope you will address this issue to prevent future occurrences and ensure a better experience for all...
Read more👎👎👎 I am a RN that work the late shift, I have been to this location several times and have experienced HORRIBLE customer service 👎👎 I arrived at 2:10 am and was rudely informed that they are only accepting cash🤔👎👎👎 I informed the worker that I was paying with cash, she rudely said what do what?👎👎👎☹️ my food was cold, old and missing some items. My visit to day 10/16/2024 @ 2:45am I wanted to order a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets, the worker told me we’re only serving breakfast I told her it wasn’t 3am yet and she said well we’re only serving breakfast! I did tell her I was going to contact Corporate and she look like so what 👎👎☹️ this is not my only encounters with this location 👎👎👎 I have patronized this Sun City location off of McCall several times and I must say every time has been a BAD visit and as consumers we will ignore bad service, bad food and bad attitudes 👎👎👎 but today I’m taking a stand and letting everyone know STOP giving this location your hard earned 💰 money because of convenience, there is an Awesome location on Newport that gives over the top service. I will drive the extra 5 mins to get quality service. 👎👎👎 if I could give a 0 stars to this location I would.
