What is UP with Chipotle these days? This location is the highest rated chipotle within a 60 mile+ radius. And it’s not even 4 stars (and that shows). I walked in and there was no one in line. Tables were dirty, whole place needed a wipe down. Whenever i see that i immediately am queasy wondering what the state of the kitchen must look like. I go over to order and there is food scraps all over the assembly line area. Nothing had been cleaned up despite the down time. I see at least 4 employees, someone could do it. I started ordering a burrito. The hot sauce bin had corn in it. The lettuce bin had cheese in it. It was a mess. I didn’t want cheese and when they scooped up the lettuce, they got a handful of cheese in my burrito. I always like to get guac but the guac was literally Gray color. For the staff, my praise is that they were quick and efficient through the order process. I don’t even blame them, this is a Management Issue. Training can fix this quickly. Is corporate paying managers enough to care? Also this is also a nationwide theme, I don’t find this experience unique at chipotle. I’m more and more avoiding going to this chain and I used to love it in the 2010s when it was CLEAN and FRESH. Decided I’m going to try Federales nearby next time, they have 4.8 stars and cleanliness.
EDIT: In response to their "response". I'm not interested in filling out your website form where I repeat what I already said. Make an effort, seriously. Read your reviews and do something about them. Guys, companies like this don't deserve...

I'm writing this review in absolute misery. I've been a loyal customer of Chipotle since summer, and I've always raved about their food. However, my latest experience was a nightmare.
My friend and I visited the restaurant exactly an hour before closing time. We ordered our usual favorites - I got the chicken steak, and my friend got the Barbacoa. However, when we received our food, I noticed that it wasn't in the heated area as usual. Instead, it was sitting on a back table, cold. Also The place was all practically closed with everything put away and cleaned up. I understand wanting to close but I kid you not It was 10:02 when I was ordering and they close at 11:00, Unprofessional.
I brushed it off, thinking it was just an oversight. Big mistake. Within hours, I started experiencing severe stomach issues and vomiting. I'm talking excruciating pain, constant trips to the bathroom, and a general feeling of misery.
I'm extremely disappointed in Chipotle's quality control, especially since I've always been a fan of their food. It's clear that they dropped the ball on this one. As a loyal customer, I expect better.
Warning to others: Be cautious when ordering food near closing time, and make sure it's stored at a safe temperature. I hope no one else has to go through what I'm experiencing right now.
Chipotle, you need to step up your game and ensure that your customers are receiving safe, high-quality food. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Chipotle ever, besides the one on W. Jackson Street in Painesville. The food was horrible. In the middle of me trying to order my daughter’s quesadilla the guy takes the tortilla puts the meat and cheese inside, folds it and cooks it. I was still trying to tell him that I wanted rice inside. Then he takes the quesadilla tray and puts chicken in one slot and rice in another slot. Why would I need meat as a side if there is meat inside of the quesadilla? So pretty much my daughter had to unfold her quesadilla (which was hard by the way because of the meat and cheese) and put it together herself. It turned into a sloppy mess. Then there wasn’t any corn or white rice. I’ve been to Chipotle before and when they are low on something such as corn or white rice then someone on the line will be working on whatever they need to replace. Well they weren’t making any attempt to make more at all. My husband ordered a salad and asked for vinaigrette salad dressing and the guy hardly put anything in the cup. I honestly felt like they were pinching off food so they could have more food for people. And if I’m paying for something I deserve to have my fair portion that I’m paying for. I will not be doing anymore business with Chipotle again. I will kindly bypass this restaurant and go to Moe’s. At least at Moe’s the employees pay attention to their...
