This place is one of the absolutely disgusting burger joints I've been to.
The food is arguably some of the worst I've had in a while. I love the fresh potatoes used for the french fries, but they are burnt beyond taste then overly salted to cover it up. Almost inedible. I got a regular cheeseburger with ketchup, light mayo, light mustard, and lettuce. When I got my food the cheeseburger was squished almost flat. The bun was almost burned on the inside. Practically no mayo and they didn't even put ketchup on it. The lettuce was falling out at every chance due to it being so flat. And all the mustard was placed in one place, not spread out. The meat was the only good part of the burger, and even that had no seasoning. This meal was bland at best. If you count burnt as a seasoning, then it was seasoned well.
Service wasn't terrible, but also wasn't good. The cashier gave maybe one smile, not really the best customer service attitude. It almost felt like they didn't want to be there in the first place.
The restaurant was dirty but also wasn't clean. Most tables looked clean, but a lot of them looked like they weren't cleaned for a while. I cant say what the bathrooms looked like, but if the dining room was anything to guess by I'd say it was very clean. The soda dispensers looked like minimally clean, as well as the condiments station. I find it highly unhygienic for the peanuts to be out and self serve. With Covid just passing and in some cases still around, I just think that it's a good way to spread sickness.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was just as bland as the food. Not much to criticize, but also not much to praise.
This place is not worth the money me and my partner paid. Definitely won't be coming here again. I should have known it was going to be terrible, I've never heard of a great Five Guys review nor...
Read moreUpdate... This continues to be one of the most unprofessional locations anywhere. Today I was argued with by "mr arrogant" the manager who fixed drink machines without testing them, then seems upset at me for some reason. I demanded my money back (after 20 minutes of them trying to fix the machine) and Mr arrogant decided that in exchange for my money back I had to hear everything I did wrong... including telling him that i was unprofessional to tell me I was wrong. The food is good, but you have to decide for yourself if years of unprofessional employees in the way they treat customers is enough of a counter to the decent food. At the moment it isn't, and I will not be back...at least for a while. Maybe Mr arrogant will be gone and they will hire another unprofessional employee (they refused to tell me the managers name... so Mr Arrogant is all I have to call him)... much like the browns... if the employees keep failing, then it is...
Read moreNot the best example of a Five Guys. Appears this store is riding on the franchise reputation (tons of awards hanging in the windows). One worker was growling at the others - very rude. I am a Five Guys fan and have been waiting for years for a store here. Not what I expected.
We ordered 4 burgers and one large fry (no drinks). Ended up being $30 (ouch!). What we got were 4 smashed burgers and soggy fries. Mentor Five Guys - I will give you one more chance... better step it up.
UPDATE - this Five Guys location has redeemed itself. I gave it some time to sort itself out. Perhaps they were having a bad day on my last visit. My order today was very good. Bacon cheeseburger was great along with the fresh cut fries. Still a bit pricey but a nice treat once in a while. Employee banter is entertaining. If not the best burger joint in town, it's...
