While at lunch, the workers seemed disorganized & rude to the customers. One customer had a survey coupon to redeem & it was not fully honored & though the cashier used the appropriate "professional" wording, her attitude was clearly not pleasant or professional. So when I got to the register, I too was treated "like a problem". Later, after work I stopped through the drive-thru to try the new Peach Smoothie I had seen advertized inside earlier today. When I ordered there was alot of employee background noise that sounded like horseplay. Instead of the smoothie showing up on the screen, it said cheeseburger. I corrected the girl taking the order & she seemed confused. She stated, "we don't have Peach smoothies". I told her it was advertized inside & she responded for me to "hold on" for a minute...I assume she went to ask someone about it. When she returned she said they they do not carry them. I reluctantly ordered a Strawberry Banana instead. I'm usually not a fan of McDonald's to start with but today was reason enough for me to give up on...

I requested the contact information of the general manager or franchise owner, but Ryan responded by advising me to find the information on my own and to refrain from disclosing the details of our conversation. Read moreI’ve been going to this place for a while because it’s close to where I live but I will never go there again! There have been rough patches with them leaving things out when I order them or messing them up or being unbearably slow which are forgivable it happens. But I was just there and they borderline stole from me. I ordered 5.69 worth of food and paid with a 20. Anyone who can do simple first grade math(something their employees apparently can’t even though it’s on the screen for them) knows that I was due 14.31. I was given 4.31 back. Trusting that they could handle giving change for a 20 I didn’t think to check the change right away and when I stopped at a light I realized what had happened.
