Five Below — Local services in Meriden

I enjoy shopping at Five Below because the store is always clean and well organized and I love their stock of snacks to choose from. The inventory is vast, but varying in quality so be careful with what you buy as it may not last long.

During the checkout process I was asked to rate how likely I am to recommend Five Below and I answered with "5 out of 10". The cashier then told me that was a bad rating and she was going to get reprimanded because of it. I don't feel this is fair. Whether or not I, one person, recommend a store to someone else should not fall on the shoulders of one employee. My experience at the store was pleasant, but I would not go out of my way to recommend Five Below because I believe there are other stores, online or in-person, that do what Five Below does better in terms of price and/or quality.

Overall, Five Below provides a great window shopping experience and offers a wide variety of interesting snacks, but Five Below is never my first choice if I need anything other...

This store is absolutely disgusting I just left and it looks exactly like it did last week, I go there for mystery toys and it looks like an employee hasn't stepped foot in that isle in a month, there's trash all over the floors this is the dirtiest 5 below I've ever been in I left without buying anything because I buy from there every time I go in but if your employees aren't even going to keep the store clean I'm certainly not giving you money so you can pay them to continue to do nothing. Pick up a broom! Throw away the empty boxes and garbage! I get it's Meriden but get it together that was disgusting Ive walked into cleaner...

Respectfully this is store is a mess. I’m an ex-manager from forever21 my store was bigger and my employees had more things to do then what this store has to do. This store seemed like the employees and the managers did not care about the store. I was in there yesterday and they were walking around playing not taking there job stress. I personally don’t wanna go back to this store I rather go Cromwell out of my way then deal with a mess and not being able to find the things I need. The old manager kept the store completely clean and organized. I hope your district manager or HR see...
