Warning For this Franchise Coupons have restrictions and there for most normal items like glue guns and glue sticks - and also these restrictions apply with the competitor coupons they falsely claim to take - you don’t have to waste your time and gas - no list or example on what is a everyday item - not till you go to ring out - nice store otherwise - Just watch the So call sale and reg 40 percent item scam and the Black Friday scam , anywAy I was in the middle of a project and ran out of glue sticks got happy thinking I would get my 40 percent off of the 100 pack that was not on sale but reg price any way I ended up getting glue sticks from dollar general I would go there if your near one and they carry Elmer brand at that / as far as michaels / Watch out check receipt and Warning Check coupon restrictions and make sure you ask if your item is restricted no signs in store tell you - I’ll stick to Ac Moore and hobby lobby and Joanne fabric never had a coupon issue - I think Michaels Coupons is to get you in store , just think you can get a few more gifts with the money you save not giving it to Michaels - or more groceries...

This is my local store and for the most part the only craft store I go to. Prices are a bit expensive, but they do have good sales if you hit them correctly and there is almost always a coupon, especially for regular priced. I enjoy that there is a rewards program and use it frequently. I find that their Tshirt stock isn't always the best, as they are often out of sizes/colors, but I do love that they have introduced a few different brands that I really enjoy. Associates are always very kind and helpful. Went in and asked about an item that showed it was in stock on their website for that specific store but noticed it wasn't on the shelf. After asking if they had any in the back the woman responded with "oh yes, I know where they are let me find someone". As she paged to ask if anyone was "bored" I guess no one jumped in to assist.

After walking around the store for 10min I finally went back to the front and asked if they were ready. The woman just simply responded with "oh I'm sorry, she said she can't get them... yeah, she just said she can't". No sorry, no explanation, no nothing...
