My kids and I were so excited to try this place, but wow was it a disappointment. First of all, the employee was not very friendly and acted annoyed to have to get up from her computer. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough, seemed like a safe bet, but it had the consistency of watery sand, and a gross caramel taste. We make it at home with like 5 ingredients and itâs delicious, Iâm honestly not sure how you would mess up chocolate chip cookie dough so bad. Kids got other cookie dough flavors and ate a few bites before throwing them away. One kid got ice cream and he was the only happy one. I brought 4 kids and they were all thirsty after this, one asked for water and she rudely said âyou have to buy it.â But hold up, an ice cream shop without water? How is that even a thing? Genuinely asking, we take our kids out for ice cream frequently and itâs not something weâve ever thought of, everywhere just has free water cups. We left and I bought waters at the nearest gas station, I didnât even care if I was paying more, just simply refused to give into a shameless money grab of only having water for purchase at an ice cream shop. My advice would be to skip the cookie dough, you can make way better at home I assure you, and as for ice cream we will stick with the STILs and Stellaâs, not only are their single scoops cheaper, but every single one of their many locations have free cups of water. Since they sell ice cream and all. This is the only treat place my kids have never asked...
Read moreIf youâre a huge fan of cookie dough then you may rate this place higher. Was not bad but unlikely to go back with so many better dessert options. The staff was friendly but not helpful. I asked for cookie dough/ice cream pairing recommendations and the response was âItâs just like an ice cream place.â I asked about the cookie ice cream sandwiches, thinking that they had fresh cookies and was informed that everything is premade and stored in a freezer.
Cookie dough texture is chewy, firmer than marshmallows but softer than gummies. It went pretty well with ice cream. Two of the three people with me got the cookie dough single scoops without ice cream and did not finish.
The ice cream itself was grocery store quality and my overall impression is that this place just has a lot of missed opportunities.
Probably still worth trying something new but an underwhelming...
Read moreWe went in today to try it for the first time and unfortunately did not have a great experience. The store was empty except for us and the woman behind the counter yet we felt very rushed by her and she seemed bothered by any questions and also wasn't forthcoming with any helpful info. My husband wanted a cookie sandwich and she told him to grab a premade one out of the fridge which he didn't want to do since we were planning on dining in and wanted a fresh one. She made him a fresh one but had an attitude about doing so and when I ordered one also she smashed it down so hard she broke the cookies and still gave it to me like that. It was so awkward we went to eat outside to get away from her and unfortunately I can't see us...
