Story time!: Me and my family came in around 6pm and checked in with a 30 minute wait time. We waited and noticed everyone before us was seated so I checked in and asked if they had already called for us we just didn’t hear them. The hostess was very nice and said she could seat us immediately. The time was now 6:30. A few minutes after we sat down our server Amber got our drink order and we got our waters a few minutes after and taking our order. We noticed about 10 minutes after we sat down a group of young guys were seated next to us (crucial information). Our baby ended up spilling his mom’s water and the hostess helped us mop up the water but no offer to get a refill even when Amber came back to give my 5 year old his milk and tend to the table next to us. We got our other drinks about 10 minites after ordering it but didn’t really have too many follow ups after. 15-20 minutes go by and the table next to us gets all of their food at the same time. Another 10 minutes and my children’s mother got her cold 6 piece mild wings and vegetables. The carrots were the hottest thing she got. 10-20 minutes after this my son gets his cold congealed Mac n cheese and stale French fries. My son complains about the temperature of his food after eating some but says it tastes good. By this point my whiskey was empty and Amber offered to refill it but walked off after I refused without offering to refill the empty water my son spilled. 45 minutes after ordering at this point and I was tending to my kids while honestly trying to zone out and not ruin the dinner. It is due to this I didn’t notice Amber when I was trying to ask for my check. About an hour after ordering Amber comes up to tell me she asked about my food and they were finally making it. I ask for my check and we tell her the food that did make it to the table was cold. “Oh, I’m sorry.” (nervous chuckle) *walks away*. I was trying everything I could do not to cause a scene so I bit my tongue but the mother of my children took the opportunity to mention the fact that she was never offered a refill. No further response. 10 minutes go by and I walk to the front desk asking for a manager. I filled them in on the situation and they seemed to actually care about my issue and said they would remove the food from the bill and rush a to go order so we could get something edible before leaving. After 5 minutes my family went to the car. After another 5-10 minutes I just left. I’m cool with paying for the drinks but I’m not paying for cold forgotten about or non existent food but I will not be coming back to eat again. I ordered at 6:30 and left at 7:47 still not eating. Mess up my food, bring me the wrong order, but DO NOT bring my son cold, congealed, stale food.

We ordered the online deal that has boneless wings, tenders and fries. Great deal…. Except the pictures online show sauce on the wings. We get the order home and there’s no sauce on the wings, just super dry, crispy chicken. That’s after waiting an additional 15 minutes after the promised time. I called in to let them know and the guy said the order on his end says sauce on the side. We didn’t order sauce on the side. We pulled up the receipt and it mentions nothing about sauce on the side. Guy said it wouldn’t be on our receipt because that would be unnecessary. Well yes, unless we have a discrepancy. Adding cold sauce to boneless wings is cold and nasty. I asked if it could have been an issue with the online system. The guy said no and basically suggested we made the mistake and to have a nice night. He didn’t offer to make it right but said we could return to the store to see the receipt on his end. Yeah not wasting another 30 minutes to see the doctored up version of the receipt. The funny thing is 5 of the wings were supposed to have a dry rub on them. They didn’t. How would you even do a dry rub on the side? Beyond that the tenders look nothing like the tenders in the restaurant. They should be called chicken fries. I’ve had better food that was frozen and put in my air fryer. We won’t be ordering online from this location ever again. Update: this post should give you everything you need to address the issue with your team. If you don’t, that’s on you. I’m not filling out another form.

If that is the case their employees should know what the offers come with it already comes with 4 and I ordered two additional ranch. The manager Nick eventually came out after a few minutes, barely apologized and gave me these expired coupons as "compensation." Why would I go back to a place that can't get my order right let alone not care about my complaint. I'm definitley never going back to this location, best believe the reviews are truthful and management does not care.

This place has the worst management and service don't go there. I ordered take out the $20 deal of 20 wings that includes, large fries and 4 ranch. We went with a party of 5 and 2 kids- high chairs. The host was very flustered and not very friendly. To be fair it was very busy. They asked us how many we told them 5 adults and 2 high chairs. They left to organize and clean tables, came back and asked us again how many. Told them 5 adults 2 high chairs. The host and the other server then get into a verbal argument about our party size in front of us. It was super uncomfortable. We get seated, they seated us as 7 adults and 2 high chairs. Our server- will leave out name- came and greeted us. We asked about their new appetizer promo, she indicated they do have that. And then just stared at us in silence. I then asked what was the options, not on the menu anywhere. She then said only some options and paused, and after a minute of us staring at her she told us the options. Not a great start, but moving on. We got our appetizers but no silverware, our server left and was cleaning and kept going into the back. We had to flag her down to ask for silverware, for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids she brought us napkins, 3 forks and a singular spoon and knife. We had the request our waters be refilled. She then disappeared for a while and we were able to flag her down told her we need some more forks and silverware and wanted to place our orders. She then brought back one singular knife. At that point it had been over an hour. Still no water refills between that. We had such a horrible experience our whole party told our waitress that we wanted to take it to go. They brought out all our meals plated and she brought our to go boxes separate. At this point we were not surprised. We paid our checks and left. On our way out the hostess didn’t say anything to us either. I get it is a chain but a little bit of hospitality or kindness is something even chain restaurants do. I came in right before 12:30 saturday night (sunday morning) only to be standing there for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Someone finally acknowledges me and tells me I need to go to the bar and order because the girl at the front already left. Why nobody is there taking orders if you close at 1 is beyond me, but ok. I get to the bar and a female with tattoos was working and was obviously very upset about something. She had an attitude not directed towards me, but just in general. She took my order no problem and I paid. Two gentleman came in about 5 mins after I ordered and she chuckles sarcastically while shaking her head. She gives them a menu and begins to take their order. She asked them if they would be paying together or separate and they replied separate. She says “of course!” while laughing sarcastically again. If you hate your job, find a new one. I don’t care about service because I aint there to make friends, but a lot of people do so I figured they should hear this.

What I DO care about is the quality of my food! Like I said, I ordered my stuff 5 mins before these guys. Why did our orders come out at the same time??? And why were my fried super cold and soggy when I got back to my hotel room which was literally a 2 minute drive?? Was she just too freakin lazy to walk back there and give me my food? Thought she could just wait and kill two birds with one stone?

I understand how upsetting it can be when people come near closing. HOWEVER, these people are the reason u can get those ugly tattoos and piercings. Would u serve your mother those nasty cold fries? And the reason I didn’t call is because it...
