I am absolutely stunned at the service myself and my daughters received at this location today. I often come through early in the morning when my daughters have an orthodontic appointment to order a dozen doughnuts to bring to their Orthodontic team and get the HOT NOW doughnuts as well as the neon sign is on. However, this morning we got there at 8:08 I was happy to see the HOT NOW sign was still on as we are usually there before 7:30 and i wasn't sure if it still would be. I ordered the Dozen and I also ordered a seasonal flavor and asked about adding the hot now doughnuts for my daughters and I was told "THAT ONLY WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON". I stated back it is on out here on the window and above the drive threw menu.... she then turned it off and SAID NOW ITS OFF. I was BAFFLED , I said well it wasn't and she just repeated my order back to me and asked if I wanted anything else. No apology... nothing. I asked my daughters if they wanted to add something since they were not honoring the hot now deal and added 2 more doughnuts so I wouldnt disappoint my daughters and we went to the window. When we paid there was no apology for them probably forgetting to turn the light off on time just gave me my total, my order and shut the window.
I will absolutely NEVER return to this location. I cannot believe how incredibly rude they were and how the flat out just said "well now it is off".
In the very least she could of apologized and said they forgot to turn it off on time and they couldn't honor it. I would have been totally ok accepting that as an error and moving on.
Please train your team to handle situations better. I have been coming there a few times a month and will never again.

Read moreI have been coming to this locations A long time, and it is A great Locations to go, but they continue to having problem servicing and pleasing me as A customer. I went in there on Saturday July 1, 2023 and discovered the Machine were they cook fresh donuts was broken, so there was No hot Donuts from 06:00 TO 09:00 A. M and there was No sign Posted to reflect this. There was no time frame when the machine would be fixed either. Also no compensations or remorse when asked about this problem and getting Hot Donuts.
This locations continues to struggle with Personnel that work there and Management. Has A constant turn over with this which affect there service to myself as A customer. When you talk to Supervior or Manager on duty there is like of concern because of this and Dont care attitude. They do a lot of business but like in Customer Service and keeping this place operating in a professional manner.
When you call Krispty Kreme Corp office about there like of concern when you file A complaint, you dont know whether my complaint is taken serious, based on talking to there customer service over the phone as well. Sometime they are so Rude in talking to them it A wonder if they even care.
I am so unhappy with this locations and the way they operate, its has forced me to write this Negative Review against them in hope that someone reads this and listen to me, and would try to get thisMesa, Az locations straighten out, so I can get the service that I should receive as A customer there.

Read more"HOT NOW" sign on so we went in. But just like last time, the sign's on and nothing was getting cooked. I ask the lady at the counter if she had any hot ones and she said 'yes'. But she pulled them out of the display and on the back side of the cooler. So I ask, are those hot? She said they were warm. I said that's fine. But after I paid for it and they gave it to me, I felt the box and it was cold has hell. Not one warm or hot one in the entire box! Why would you stand there and lie to a customer like that? FYI - This happened in the drive through and we didn't come back for months!!! If we would have known they weren't hot I would have gotten other kinds that are fancy in the display! We love the donuts OK. We will buy something, but don't trick us and lie. If you don't have hot ones on the rack ready to sell/eat, don't turn on the sign! Damn. It makes people feel tricked. (BTW Several people in line said the same thing.) I know there is a corporate rule about being able to turn the sign on 30 min before you have them ready. FYI - That rule is stupid! There are several really good donut shops a lot closer than 30 min. Donut Worry is only 9, Bosa 13 and Hurts is 21! (I mapped it) You are just pissing people off for no reason.
And for hell sakes, don't stand there and lie to the customers at the display or at the drive...
