Went to this store and grabbed a handful of clothes. Went to try them on and was told the dressing rooms were closed. I was told I could try them on at home and bring them back for an exchange. They will not do any returns. I opted not to buy any clothes! We have gone to several Q locations and all of them are the same. I asked one location why they won’t offer fitting rooms to customers and they said it’s their policy and there are no plans to open dressing rooms. Can’t use Covid as an excuse anymore. They said I can try the clothes on over my clothes out in the open. No thanks! Now that I know all locations run this way and they have no plans to open dressing rooms, I will never shop here. Read more🛑DON'T SHOP HERE🛑. Horrible return policy. They are taking advantage of covid and not being able to try clothing before buying it. My daughter went shopping with her grandma and the clothes she bought (size small) was still to big for my daughter. We took the trip back and they wouldn't refund our money saying that we could get store credit only and buy something else from the store. I informed them that the sizes they have are still too big for my daughter so store credit would be useless. They shrugged and said that this was my only option.I tried to explain the flaw in their policy since you can't try on clothes before buying and pleaded my case. And they simply spoke to each other and turned to me and said I could get store credit....

I know for the price I shouldn’t expect higher quality clothes but I purchased a pair of pants in my size took them home and when I put them on there was a rip all down the back. I went back a explained to the manager who barely spoke English what happened. She said “doesn’t matter if you wore them for 1 day or 1 minute, no exchange”.
