Cogburn's Big Wings — Restaurant in Mesa

We went to meet up with friends, they told us how great the food was. We arrived at 6, placed our order around 6:20. Now we didnt order any thing fancy, wings and ceasar salads. Around 7ish they started setting up poker tables around us, no food as of yet our glasses were empty. Couples came in after us, got their food, enjoyed their meal all while we sat with empty glasses. Our waitress finally came buy we had to ASK for more water and for her to check on our order. In the meantime people started showing up for the poker game looking at us like we were in the way still no food. We went to speak to the manager, they didnt have one working, so the bartender was the one we spoke to. She said she would look into it now its 7:30. Did they run out of wings?? Have to go get more salad?? About 7:50 the wings and salads show up, we ordered ceasar salads this was plain salad out of the bag with dressing on the side. Last time I checked a ceasar salad was romaine lettuce??? We finished up, waitress came by we asked for our check. It took another 15 minutes for that to happen, when we got the bill they gave us 5% off?? Really?? This meal should have been comped, I went to speak to the "acting" manager who told me she didnt have the "buttons" to take any more off. Well sweet hart you walk to the table and let your customers know that the meal has been taken care of, no buttons necessary for that!!! Needless to say the food was ok, not good enough for the 2 1/2 hours it took or for us to be...

While setting up my review for this particular establishment, I was going to take pictures of the place to post on here in addition to a review. After only two photos, the manager came over, leaned over the table and asked "are you guys taking photos of my waitress' asses?" WOW!!!! I politely explained that I take photos for reviews. And after a very odd and awkward smile and "oh okay," she left.... We haven't even received the food at this point. Nice way to make the first time at your establishment awkward. My friends and I felt awkward as we sat there trying to eat our food but couldn't even look at anyone without thinking they think we were taking pictures. Never going back again due to the embarrassment the was placed on us. Even though they WERE IN THE WRONG, the future aspect of being labled a perv makes revisiting this place impossible. If it wasn't for the wings I would not be back. I paid cash and asked the waitress to please give me all if my change. She went on to say that they do not do that. They round off. In my case...as has been in the past they it was 25 cents and the last time was about the same. I told her that rounding up is thievery and unethical. She said she'd ask the bar tender. I got my change. But because I had to fight for my money. I earned it and they did not. I hope they change before it gets to the DA of Arizona. He's been fining companies for unethical practices and I'd hate to see that happen. How many people don't notice they are being taken from. Why do you guys not do it when someone pays with a credit card? Because that would be breaking the law and taking their cash isn't? Again I plead with you to fix this.
