Rally House Gilbert Gateway — Local services in Gilbert

Ordered a jersey online and it was shipped from this location. Only problem is, instead of sending me the jersey they sent me a box of inventory (sweatpants and shirts still on hangers….30-40 of them) they meant to ship to another one of their locations. I was assured my item was still on the way. I was nice enough to take my own time to drive said inventory to one of their locations for them to pick up.

Unfortunately my item never arrived and I presume it went to the location the inventory was intended to go to. When I contacted them for resolution I’m told it’s not their problem and to call UPS despite the fact that they clearly swapped shipping labels.

Very disappointing...

This place is fantastic! There is no where locally to get so much amazing fan gear. The University of Arizona section was kind of small but the options were excellent! I highly recommend this for any fan of Arizona (ASU, UofA, Suns, Dbacks) sports looking for fan gear.

Also, I wish I could remember his name, but the guy working the counter was incredibly helpful. I was looking for something specific and helped me find it right away....

Great store with an awesome selection of gear for all the major Arizona sports teams. Tons of apparel, hats, and accessories — everything from Cardinals and Suns to D-backs and Coyotes. But, the UofA merchandise is the only thing that matters. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is helpful. If you’re looking for local sports merch, this is definitely the spot. Cool...
