I went to Eegee’s for the first time yesterday and I’m still eating/drinking? my Pina Colada drink 😂 it’s been well over 12 hours and a few hours in the freezer between I’ve managed to indulge greatly in this sweet treat. My son and I were shocked and weirded out that there was fresh fruit and we ended up swapping drinks. I got half lemon and half strawberry and it was quite delicious. The pina colada tastes literally like my pineapple cake which has coconut in it. So it was very good to me but my son was not a fan of the texture but loved the flavor. It’s now my favorite! 🤩
I need to remember to get ppls names the young man that took my order at roughly 5pm Feb 4th, was very patient and informative about the menu, solidified my decision to try something new and sold us on what we ordered. He was very courteous all around, even informing me (after shocked how large a large was 😂) that we can in deed pop these babies in the freezer and they will indeed be just as delicious and solid as it was when we ordered it. We know where we will be every day of this coming summer, very affordable and very good. Can’t wait to try some other treats out. Thank you! Read moreI should’ve taken photos but we were too dumbfounded to do so. My husband got the spicy chicken and bacon sandwich and it was pathetic. The chicken was basically frozen pieces that were literally stuck to the bread. It seemed as though it had all been microwaved together. It was soggy, flat and tasted awful. My son’s meatball sub was the same and very cold even though we live 3 minutes away. I got a tuna sandwich that had less than a quarter cup of tuna, was smashed and incredibly haphazardly thrown together. The bread was so dry, it crumbled as I picked it up. None of us ate our sandwiches so that was a waste of money. While in the restaurant, my husband heard associates from the back arguing over mayonnaise and being careless overall. The employees in the front were clearly not happy to be there and one threw our bag on the counter and said, “whatever, I don’t care.” For a brand new location, these problems don’t seem to be growing pains but just standard practice. Do the concerns actually get mentioned to the "internal teams" or is that just a generic message to act like you care? I've seen the same reviews from multiple people and literally nothing has changed with this location. I keep returning hoping that something's improved.
The 2 stars are for the SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. Every. Single. Time. I come here, it’s insane. Get faster employees, hire more, or get more organized. I keep hoping one day I will get through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes. Going inside doesn’t help either! Get it together!
Update 7/3: ordered online and picked up in store. I watched the red head make my food (very slow). Sandwiches were smashed and not very enjoyable.
