I wanted to give this dump a 0 star but without giving at least 1 star it wouldn't let me post a review. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! Before taking my order, the girl at the counter ask me if it was "for here or to go" I told here i was eating there. I ordered a steak burrito & ask her if I could get white cheese sauce over the top of it. She said yes & told the cook to add the cheese saucu. I took a seat & waited for for my order. After a 15 minute wait I finally got the burrito. A different lady handed me the burrito across the counter. It was not on a plate or in a bag, I wasn't given any eating utensils or napkins, nor did it have the cheese sause that I ask for. It was just wrapped in paper & handed to me over the counter while the girl was talking on her cell phone. I tried to ask her for the cheese sauce that I ordered, AND A PLATE & SILVERWARE but she was still on her cell phone & paid absolutely no attention. So I ask the other lady who made it very clear that i was BOTHERING her (Which I couldn't figure out because there was only one other couple the whole place and they were already sat down eating). So picture this, I'm standing at the counter holding ONLY a burrito wrapping paper, waiting for somebody to acknowledge that I was there & that I obviously needed something. After I Finally cornered the employee who wasn't talking on a cellphone, but who was clearly annoyed by me asking her for a plate, some silverware and the cheese sauce that I ordered, she then said "We don't put cheese on the burritos" & she handed me a plate. As I waited for silverware, I informed her that the girl who took my order told me that I get cheese on the burrito. Her only reply was "We charge 2.50 extra for cheese" ( which I would have had no problem paying, had I been told of the up-charge before my card was charged ). Ok so, no big deal, I said "oh ok, than can I just get some ranch" She then very RUDELY said "Its a dollar for ranch" Now at this point I'm starting to get pissed, so with a plain burrito in one hand & a plate in the other & STILL NO DAMN SILVERWARE, I go sit down, unwrap the burrito & bite into A COLD, BARELY COOKED PILE OF SLOP WRAPPED IN A TORTILLA. AS I SPIT OUT THE BITE OF COLD, NASTY SLOP, GUESS WHAT DID COME FREE WITH THEIR BURRITOS..... YEP, A HAIR!!!! I HAD TO LITERALLY RUN OUT.OF THE RESTAURANT & BARELY MADE IT OUT THE DOOR BEFORE I PUKED ALL OVER...
Read moreI have been here several times but today is the last time, I will never come back. As a customer I was very patient and understanding, however, they keep on making to many mistakes and there is a limit to how much a customer can stand. Tips for improvement from a person that has worked 5+ years in food service management:
1.- DO NOT MAKE SALSA TOO WATERY, MEAT TOO SALTY, OVER COOK MEAT, SERVE BROWN GUACAMOLE, and PLEASE DO NOT SERVE EXPIRE PRODUCE: Train personnel well on how to follow recipes and health department regulations. Remember recipes should ALWAYS be consistent since it is what will bring clients back and if the client becomes sick they will never come back. 2.- HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE: Give the customer options & if you don't understand something clarify it with the client, have basic customer service skills PLEASE, teach your workers how to problem solve and make the customer happy again. 3.- INVEST IN BEAUTIFICATION: Honestly, place looks like a dump & has the potential to scare clients away instead of attracting them. 4.-CALL FOR A MEETING TO ADDRESS CURRENT ISSUES: Its more than obvious that the restaurant has many internal issues that need to be address at a meeting involving all employees. Problem solve and find more efficient ways to do business without sacrificing quality...

We just went back to give them another chance and ordered a side of rice and beans like we always do but we got a salsa cup of each. Like what the hell? $7 for two bites each. Fill B's hitting a new low!
We go to this location often as we live in the area. Usually we don't have a problem. I had a lady get snippy with me because I asked for extra sauce once and a few times where the order was wrong. it was never an issue and usually we just let it go instead of calling and complaining.
About a week ago, my bf went and got us food. I got a carne asada bowl, add sour cream but no pico(I have an allergy so we order it this way every time) and it had pico all over it, like extra, and no sour cream No big deal. He went up and asked for them to fix it. The girl (who he said wasn't someone he had seen before) proceeded to be super rude and argue with him that he didn't ask for it that with but still remade it (after he insisted that he did and showed the receipt) We also got charged for the sour cream and never got that but it wasn't worth it at that point.
Hire nicer people or put the rude ones in the back where they don't have to talk to customers. As a customer, try not to make you're order too complicated. Apparently it throws a wrench in their...
