Placed my order at 1118am or so, received a call from the delivery driver stating the driveway to my work is blocked and it's too much of a freaken Hassel (his words exactly) to drive around the cones. I informed him that is the only driveway into our office he stated he is aware he is going to circle back around it'll take about 15 mins. After 20 mins go by I call the store for status the guy who answered stated they were backed up in deliveries and my order was sitting there waiting to go out. I asked if the driver dropped it back off then because of the call I had with the driver. The guy said he wasn't aware of that and yeah my order will get redelivered. I asked how long it'll be another 30 mins? The guy on the phone stated "it'll get there when it gets there" I said wow that's your customer service? Well thank you. I ended the call. Called back to speak to the manager who to my surprise was the very same guy who answered the phone on my first call. I asked him how that was ok to treat the customer he stated ma'am we do not give out delivery times. I said well your slogan is freaky fast and your driver couldn't even get through some cones so tell me how that works to your slogan. He then stated it was a dangerous situation for the driver as he would've had to go through incoming traffic. I informed him that's not the case as baseline is a one way street separated by a median. The cones were not preventing the driver. After a few curse words i asked the manager to cancel my order as anyone can understand the frustration that comes from hunger while being pregnant and the lack of customer service from what is considered a national chain. Read moreWent to Jimmy John's for the promotional $1 sub day on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Although there was a long line, it wasn't a long wait. Well organized for so many customers and all the subs that they had to make. Everyone waiting was happy and the employees seemed happy. We had six choices to choose from, all just $1 and each were about 10 inches long. I was impressed with the fresh roll. I liked the roll a lot better than you get at any of the competition. A bad roll makes for a bad sub, a good, fresh roll makes all the difference. I don't add all the extras so I basically just had ham, provolone cheese, mayo and lettuce so my photo doesn't look like much. Free toppings couod have been on there like tomato but I don't eat them. I really think this promotion should bring them some new, loyal customers! GREAT JOB...

I walked in and was the only one in the store, but the staff was acting as though there was a line of 50 people behind me. They started on my first sub while I was talking about what I wanted and then finished making my sub before I could tell them what I wanted on it. They had to restart my sub because they went so fast I couldn’t say I didn’t want mayo, and then the second sub I got didn’t have any of the toppings I wanted on it and I had to ask for all the toppings and dressings on the side to put it on myself.
