KFC — Restaurant in Mesa

I ordered through the KFC app. About two minutes later they called and told me they were out of chicken and wouldn't be able to complete my order. I asked for them to cancel my order. The worker on the phone stated that they couldn't cancel my order since I ordered through the app. When I went to cancel my order on the app, THEY HAD ALREADY MARKED MY ORDER AS COMPLETED SO I COULDN'T CANCEL IN THE APP!!! So I can the store back to again request that they refund my order. Emilio answers the phone like he's already angry at me for calling before I ask for anything. I ask for a refund since the restaurant employees marked the order as complete, preventing me from cancelling the order on the app. He tries to lie to me and say "the system" automatically marked the order is complete and tells me he can't refund my order. Because of his garbage attitude I ask for a manager's number. He claimed he was the general manager for the location (I hope for the restaurant's sake he was lying because not only is he rude to customers but he's also evidently braindead if he thinks anyone believes that a computer marks an order as complete and not a human) and he stated there was no way I could file a complaint about him. Kfc is a joke especially this location on university and alma school I irder chicken tenders and chicken sandwhich tell them I want ranch in drive thru lady says no problem pull around out front and we will bring you your food I was only person in line why I needed to pull around is beyond me but I did then they bring me my food no ranch so I pull back thru cause they are still dead tell her I didn't get ranch for my tenders and aandwhich and she says it will be .85 cents ok why didn't she charge me for it when I said it and why am I paying for sauce I got tenders and a sandwhich they should come with at least one each nope we charge she says rude as hell I said why didn't she charge me when I asked oh I don't know but we charge ok well now u lost a customer when u buys chicken anywhere else u don't pay for sauce unless it's an extra sauce on top of what they allow why am I paying for a sauce that should come with my damn food in the first place they are rude at this location and make no sense I goto the one by my house on ther side of town they give me all the sauce I need no cost this is a scam and a joke of a location don't go here absolutely the worst service I have ever had and will never go to this location again no wonder everytime I pass there dead learn how to...

My hubby went to get our family dinner about 2wks ago and he went through the drive thru and he paid for the 12pc family meal deal and he was supposed to have received 12pcs of chicken, but when he got home it was a total different story. Just as we began to make plates there was only 9pcs of chicken. So he called up to the store and he spoke to the manager on duty and she was talking civil and then for some strange idea she instantly accused him of being rude and cussin her out but he didn't. She told him before she flipped out he can come back in and get another meal deal at a discounted price but when he went back up there to get the rest of our stuff the same day, she ran to the back of the store and denied him the chance to get our food and he was in the drive thru nd she made other crew members send him away and she basically said he was lying and that never happened..even though she did i heard every word she said. Besides that, everytime he's been there they swear that they don't have anymore chicken but he's seen her serve dozens of other customers their orders and it wasn't just the sides it was chicken.
