What a HORRIBLE experience. We picked a dress that was 259.00, it had a makeup stain on it from another person and I pointed that out and the woman said she would give it to us for 220 instead... My daughter was ok with that since there were no more of the same dress in her size.

NONE of the dresses are made correctly, they ALL need alterations if you’re not a size 2.... The straps were huge, the dress was too long. For 45 MORE dollars (Cash only, not taxed... Illegal) they will do the alterations for you.

The woman measured the bottom of the dress and did NOT measure the straps. While she was measuring the dress was on my daughter and zipped up and fitting fine, I questioned the fact that she didn’t measure the straps and she said it would be fine. I paid 232 for the dress in full and was told it would be ready on Thursday. I worked Thursday and came in on Friday, the straps were too tight and they caused the dress to not even zip up. I told the woman and she said, “All sales final” ... She also said, “I knew you were going to be a problem” as if I made a choice to pay 232 for a dress and then have it altered poorly. I did not.

After threatening to call my bank to get my money back she finally refunded me. Go to Camille, it’s 5 stores down and a little more expensive but the dresses are made correctly and you’ll save because no alterations are needed. We got a beautiful dress for 279 with no alterations needed.

I bought my wedding dress from Sparkle and I am very happy with how it turned out. The store had a good selection and very reasonable prices for someone shopping for a wedding dress on a budget. I found similar styles to other dresses I had tried on at David's Bridal but at a fraction of the cost. Salma, who helped me throughout the process of picking and altering my dress was so helpful. She recognized me every time I came into the store and personally altered my dress exactly as she and I had talked about. My dress fits like a glove and it is perfect. The quality and low cost of the dress, the outcome of the alterations, and all the amazing help from Salma made this experience so wonderful. I could not be happier.

Horrible customer service. We were looking for a Sweet 16 dress for my niece. There were 4 of us all different shapes and sizes. My sister asks who I am pretty sure is the owner if a dress can be tried on and he looks at the dress looks at her and says “it doesn’t fit” she lets him know that the dress isn’t for her he looks at my other niece and says “it doesn’t fit” we tell him no it’s for the other girl and again “it doesn’t fit”. The dress looked like it would be maybe a little big but we have a seamstress that could help with that. It was also over $500 which he probably thought we couldn’t afford. He was wrong. Never offered to show us other sizes or tell us if another could be ordered. My niece was super excited as soon as she saw it and this guy shot her down. Also an employee was in there mopping and if we wouldn’t have moved she would’ve bumped us out of the way. Please do not go here very...
