Frys that got deep-fried 2x for what ever reason, you can Taste the Difference trust me. I had 3 Large Frys in my order and All 3 frys were Half way Filled... these frys arnt Cheap anymore, I had 4 Cheese Burgers in my meal, 1 Cheese Burger Had NO MEAT at all.. the only thing I requested was that they all have NO onions on them.. but instead I got 2 Buns with 1 Cheese and Ketup & Mustard. The Drinks... oh my word.. Out of 3 Different Kinds & the ones they did give us Tasted something Awful... chicken Nuggets Burned by Leaving in the Oil Tooooo Long... 3 females all on their Cell phone 's by the drive thru counter window, chatting with eachother while we wait 15 Mins for our Order.

The front doors locked with a Sign saying closed at 9 p.m for the inside, It was 7:56 p.m... when I tried to open the doors they made a Loud Noise and the 3 Female Employees that I mentioned before on their cell phones all Looked over at me and just laughed and turned their backs to me and said Nothing.. I did Not yell, I did not complain, I did not try to open the doors again. I got in my car and went through the drive thru, I did Not even mention to them that it was Not even 8 p.m and the doors are locked. I ordered my food and paid & waited & Waited. We had to throw ALL the food & Drinks Away ! We don't eat McDonald's very often but now it's Going to Be every Blue Moon that we will eat at any McDonald's...
It Seems that Fast food & The restaurant Businesses are taking EXSTREME HIT's... The Price of Minimum Wage doubled, The New generation of Young Workers who don't understand What it means to work for your Wage, Cell Phones Glued to Every child & Adualts Hand,
But on the UP side, More people are Cooking at Home & Saving Money.
I hope this helps somebody trying to make up their mind on McDonald's for dinner tonight or Not.

Read morePleasantly surprised as in the past my experiences at this specific location have been less than favorable. However, after my daughter's cheer practice we decided to stop since we needed a quick dinner; there were 3 cara in the drive thru so I ran inside the lobby to order. Upon entering thw establishment I was kindly greeted and asked how they could help. I still needed a minute as I had to finish redownloading my app. The same lady that greeted continued to check up and see if I was ready to order. I really appreciated this as normally I have to wait an abnormally long time just to be acknowledged much less get service to order in the past. I let another gentleman who came in order before msyself and when he was done I stepped up order. By this time the drive thru line was full and more people were coming in with what looked like only 3 or 4 workers on duty. They handled everything effectively and efficiently, moreover they were kind and working as a team and not rudely yelling at each other to do this do that(I have witnessed such actions at this location in the past...like 5-8 months ago) so to see how this team worked together was very appealing. Lastly, when ordering the lady was friendly and read back everything to ensure the order was correct...furthermore when I got my order it was exactly what I ordered and included everything that was supposed to be in there(nothing was forgotten like childs toy or ranch or Apple slices and the sweet tea actually was fresh and tasted the way it should). As many others have during this time, I ordered curbside pickup via the app. When I pulled up to the McDonald's, they only had one numbered spot, but two other people were already parked (one of them badly). So I parked 3 spots over, and called it "4".
About 8 minutes later, after both of the other cars had left, and a new one has parked in "1", the worker came out and walked up to the other car. I was shouting that I think she has my order, but was ignored. She handed the order through the window of the other car and went back inside. The other car left with what should have obviously not been theirs.
I called to check up, and discovered they had in fact given away my order, and didn't believe me when I said so, even though I could identify every single item on the order. It turns out that the worker had walked to and asked if "they had curbside" - a yes response was apparently enough for verification, because there was no possible way that there could be more than one curbside order. So, my order finally made it 10 minutes later, yet.
Perhaps the manager should pony up for a few more numbers, or at least stick a paper...
