I feel bad to complain but this is a very accurate review. Maybe your employee "Kristin" should be trained on how to speak to other adults / customers. As a customer, you have to get her attention and greet her, because she will not acknowledge you. When "Kristin" is ready to take your order, you have to speak to her first because she will not talk unless you speak to her first. Next, when you order or speak to her, she will not respond or say anything, letting you know that she heard your order. I saw the holiday sign showing that if you buy a holiday drink it was buy one get one free. I ordered 2 of them and when I was handed my receipt they charged me for 2.
