Starbucks — Restaurant in Mesa

I am, and have been, a barista at this location since it opened in August of 2007. Whoever wrote the review regarding the "tall black gay man" working there who shouted insults at a customer is mistaken. There is NO ONE who fits that description, which is VERY specific and obvious right, working at this store, nor has there ever been.Additionally, something like this would NEVER happen at this store. This store is known for customer service and providing legendary experiences. If something like this ever happened, that partner would be let go on the spot. We would never tolerate behavior or language like this, it is not what we as a "store family" do, plus it completely goes against EVERYTHING Starbucks believes in. Therefore, this is a totally incorrect and misleading review. I can guarantee that this is NOT an accurate description of an experience at this store. I use to go to Starbucks daily and since I moved to Mesa this is the closest drive thru location. This morning I saw the line wrapped out of the parking lot so I went inside. Patiently waiting, no big deal, I know mornings are busy. I never ask for my military discount from Starbucks because I don’t mind paying for the service. The girl that rang me up was super sweet, she even asked for the proper spelling of my first name. Sadly it was apparently to difficult for the guy to say out loud when he announced my drink order... I left for work and while on the 202 freeway the drink cap started dripping my Venti Iced Carmel Machiato all over my light grey top. Realizing that I didn’t have napkins I panicked because coffee was all over my hands and my car drink holder. I was so upset I didn’t even drink a Tall amount. I just threw it away. I made a quick trip through the drive-through for a big craving I was having, because who doesn’t want Starbucks?! So I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino with 4 pumps of classic syrup and 3 pumps of white mocha, oat milk, Venti for $7.64. I really wish I could show you a picture of this because what the hell!! but any who, I didn’t get a full size of the drink. It was 2-3 inches below the top of the cup and they filled it with whip cream… like what???! My thoughts are, either they spilled some or didn’t make enough and thought “I’ll just fill it up more with whip cream” as if I wouldn’t notice.. smh!
