Went thru their drive thru yesterday and placed my order. Drove up to window the young lady was nice but forgot sauces so she asked for the bag back to put them in the bag. We got our drinks that went with our meals. I had ordered their happy hr. Freezes and when we pulled off I noticed we didn't get the freeze drink. We turned around I went inside and a young light skinned gentleman came to the register and asked if he could help I mentioned I just went thru their drive thru and we didn't get our frozen drink. He said oh so you want to order another drink. I said no I'd like to get the only 1 I ordered. He asked if it was male in the driver seat I said yes white truck. He walked away asked the girl doing drive thru if I got the drink. She said no. He made me a happy drink wrong flavor and he handed it to me and I took that order. I thought to myself no he didn't it was the girl. I asked for a straw and he pointed in the lobby and said it's self serve. No I went thru drive thru jerk. I got back in the truck ask my daughter for the receipt and realized he charged me for a 3.99 regular freeze. I couldn't believe how he treated me. I've always had good service at this location. Read moreJust got off the phone with someone who was extremely unhelpful. I ordered two bean burritos with no onion. That doesn’t feel like a complex order plus there was hardly any other customers there. I got all the way home to find a TON of onions in them. I am extremely allergic to onions to they’re lucky that I opened it to check before I bit into it. When I called she couldn’t find my order (for some reason on my receipt it said 9:49 PM but it was only 7:19 PM when I called so idk how the computer glitched on that) when I called the lady said that the best she can do is have me go back and show them the receipt so they can remake them. Why should their mistake make me go out of my way?! When I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to go back she said that if I bring the receipt sometime this week they can remake them. H*ll NO. We just went to a Taco Bell that is closer to our house & they remade them for me no problem. That is customer service which I can now see this location lacks. Update: I got two breakfast bell boxes this morning. One sausage and one steak. Ended up getting the order wrong and got two of the steak. Make sure you double check your order if you decide to come here.
Update 2: This place is incompetent. This afternoon I got a Grilled Chz Bur Box substitute steak instead of beef and no sour cream and ended up with beef and sour cream. The guy who handed me the drinks told me "that's it" as if that's all I got? The only thing that came out of it was a cashier named Melissa L. She provided excellent service upon ordering. If it's worth coming at all, it's at night. The night crew is decent. The worst of it all was that there was hair in the chalupa.
Update 3: Talked to the Manager. Good guy, it was a fortune situation really. Hopefully they will learn from this.
