First time coming with my family to this place. I was excited to try the Quesabirria tacos as they were recommended. I ordered 2 tacos de cabeza and 3 quesabirra tacos. I received my 2 tacos de cabeza and all of my family members received their food. After a while I wondered where my 3 tacos de quesabirra were and went up to the register and asked the girl who had initially placed our order. She poked her head to the back and told the people making the food that I did not receive my order of 3 quesabirra tacos. The register girl then asked me if I still wanted the tocas for there or to go, I told her to eat there was fine and I went back to go sit with my family. Later on my family was done eating and I still did not have my 3 tacos that were missing from my initial order, so I went to ask. It was a different girl that I told this time that I still had not received my 3 quesabirra tacos and the register girl who initially took my order and who I had informed of not receiving them before heard and told me that there are other orders that need to come out first ( keep in mind orders from people that got there and ordered after me) I told the register girl that I had ordered like about an hour ago and that her telling me I had to wait because they were making the orders as they came made no sense . I did say that was bull. She then told me that is why she asked me if I wanted them to go and I told her yeah but I had no idea that was going to take forever. She then told me what do you want me to do I don’t have a magic wand to waive. I then told her she better watch her words she works customer service and that she was very rude This girl had no intentions to resolve the issue. She then asked me if I wanted to wait or get my money back . I told her my money back. I then asked her to speak to a manager. She told me her manager was not there and she gave me her name and her managers name and number. I will call the manager because if they mess an order up how can they expect someone to wait till all the new orders are out if we have been waiting a long time for ours. Terrible customer service. So I was not able to try their...

Came here to pick up a quick bite for take out on our way back to our camper at the park after a visit to the airport. It was one of the few places that was still open. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s not so much a restaurant as a fast food vibes- you order and pay at counter then get your food and can enjoy it seated. They do bring it to you- but it’s not table service in the usual sense. It’s a clean space. You need to ask for the restroom keys if you’re needing to use them. Parking is free and ample in the lot as it’s a shared strip space. The food ? Well. I had a burrito and it was super tasty! A pork burrito. I only wish they had put rice inside. And I had asked for a side of rice and beans and did not get any in the bag. It was huge though. Super satisfying. My partner had three rolled tacos and he did get rice and beans. We shared. The rice was super good. Honestly everything here tasted really good and authentic. We weren’t...

I went through the drive through here. I wish it was not all in Spanish and it could be named American names that describe what it is. I got huaraches al pastor and Carne asada burrito for my son. It all need more salt and felt like it was missing something flavorwise. But it was all delicious and smelled and looked great. I was irritated at the cashier though because she asked me what sauce I wanted on it when she knew I never ordered this before" red or green" I looked at the receipt and it's an extra charge of 1.99 like how about offering me the sauce or no sauce if it extra money and not part of the meal. Overall I think I won't go back. It was nice to try but Don Ricos has more flavor for the same type of service. This was by my sisters house so slight chance if I'm around there craving that type of food. But would not go out of my way. The girl was nice...

I am from Utah and I have been searching for a taco joint that serves up some tasty street tacos because that’s my favorite food and In Utah we have some really good tacos joints. I seen this place so I decided to try. I ordered Carne Asada tacos and of course my favorite Al Pastor. The Carne Asada was very good but unfortunately I was completely disappointed with the Al Pastor tacos. They were very fatty and had no flavor whatsoever. Not totally sure if I got a bad cut or what but unfortunately I won’t be going back. This place is also very expensive. I paid over $60 for tacos. Thank you but there will not be a next time, I’ll keep searching for the street tacos of my dreams.

First off, I'm glad to see there's a salsa bar that made me happy. Seen all the food coming out before I ordered. Made my decision a little bit difficult because everything was looking really good. The plating really was nice and made the meal look definitely more appetizing. I end up getting the combination with the rolled tacos. They gave you five of them and they were loaded with meat. I was really happy with my meal. I guess the only downside would be the price of all. The items were pretty expensive but they did give you a lot of food. Definitely want to go back and give it another try. I've tried the posole before and it was really good as well.

I always get a sausage, egg and hash brown breakfast burrito. The tortillas are made perfectly. My wife had an amazing chicken tortilla soup. Beef street tacos were how I remember them in Salinas, my standard anyway. But the meat was a little tough in the tacos. I would love to order here more, but the lack of online ordering makes it a pain to get food sometimes. 15 minute wait for food isn't a big deal if you plan for it, but I usually get frustrated watching other people leave with their food before me.
