We saw an interview on Fox Channel 10 at the Chandler location for a good burger and decided to visit a couple of days later. Wanted to order their fish sandwich along with a double burger and to my dismay they were out of their fish! Really, they were just given a big time interview on TV and to be out of an item, shame on them ( I can say that 'cause I used to own a franchise sub shop and that' a big no-no). Only two young kids working there and both had attitudes. Ordered a milkshake instead of the fish sandwich and was the BEST milkshake I'd ever had. Double burger tasted a little weird and immediately upset the stomach of the person who ate it. Not impressed but decided to try a different location. Second visit was at the Southern location and everything in the order was fine. Third visit was again at the Southern location and boy did they flub on the milkshakes. Had to wait a few extra minutes 'cause they had to turn the chiller on (It was only 2:30 in the afternoon - why was it even off). Got home and sat down with the shakes and they were so watery it was almost disgusting. Called and asked to speak with a manager and the young gal said they weren't there. Asked when they would be and she didn't know but said they might be at their other location in Chandler. Asked for the managers name, she hesitated and didn't want to tell me and I said just his first name so I know who to ask for at the Chandler location. She then said you tell me a name and I'll tell you if that's their name. WHAT, is this a game! I said if I knew their name I would have asked for them to begin with. She needs some serious Customer Service etiquette. I told her if she didn't tell me their first name that when I do finally talk to them I'd complain about her. She gave me his name and I proceeded to call the Chandler location. They said he'd be in around 3:30 that afternoon. Called back later after 3:30 and the phone just rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered. WOW Decided just to NEVER give them any more of our money. On a whim decided to try calling one more time about two weeks later to the Chandler location and was able to talk to an assistant and has graciously offered to make it right with us. We will stop back in to see how...
Read moreFifties style atmosphere is nice but is overshadowed by the disappointing service and even more disappointing food. My husband and I were patient when we arrived knowing they had a line of about 3 cars in the drive thru. Seeing that only one employee was given the task of taking orders for both the drive thru and the dine in, we didnt mind waiting a while to get our order taken especially since it was our first time there and we hadn't chosen what to eat yet. Once we placed the order, we cleaned off our own table so that we could sit then we saw that the order had been taken incorrectly on our receipt, later someone did ask if the order was correct and we did correct them before we actually got our food. About 30 minutes, another 5 or so cars and almost being given someone else's order later, our food arrived. Our food was cold, the sweet potato fries were severely under portioned for the price and some how burned but cold and soggy at the same time, as if they had been sitting for a long time. On top of that part of the meal was incorrect even after having corrected the employees error. Though we were completely dissatisfied we did finish our food since we paid almost 50 dollers for two meals and a 20% tip that was clearly undeserved. Unfortunately lennys has a no refund policy which also led us to finishing the extremely disappointing meal. The prices on the board dont match what you pay even if you account for tax and any substitutions.from what we saw I guess we should have gotten just shakes or other sweets since apparently it takes 3 employees working on the same thing to make 2 shakes and an icecream one at a time; so maybe that would have been correct if we had ordered it. After everything, on the way out I noticed their trash can was completely overflowing. All in all, we would have spent less, gotten better service, and hot food at burger king. But who knows maybe they just had a tough night with the dinner rush. EDIT : went back to try it again and was still just as disappointed and that's after lowering my expectations...

Went through the drive thru. That was interesting. The lady on the other end was multi tasking(I saw once I sat at the pickup w8ndow for 18 minutes) During ordering I had to say hello 4 different times. I would say a part of the order and there'd be long silence. I would say hello and She'd come back on and ask me to repeat what I said. So this went in circles. It was the most interesting thing I've ever come across at a drive thru.......
Ordered the GARLIC Mushroom burger. I really really l9ve the garlic mayo! It is so tasty and is what makes the burger. Without it, its just a regular burger.
I received the burger with even teensier amount than the teensiest amount of garlic mayo. There was visibly a light type smear and two or three dots of it on the burger. That's it. I'm not kidding at all. I bit into the burger wondering why I didn't taste any garlic, took the bun off and saw there was next to no garlic mayo.
So, I had a mushroom burger instead. The opaque smear that was there on the bun was undetectable.
I received 2 ranch for the appetizer basket......we'll kind of. There was a small amount in each container and the lids looked heat warped.
I have never received a small condiment container with a trace amount in it🤣 why? Really why??????????????????
The customer service and food preparation needs to be/ should be done AS advertised. I would like a full container of ranch like all the other 999,000,000 times I've ever had one at any place. I'd also like the burger as advertised. Leaving out the garlic mayo takes away fr9m the name GARLIC mushroom burger. The garlic taste comes from the mayo!!!!! No where else.
N3xt time tell me you just dont have any and your g8ving me a mushroom burger.
Food was decent and hot.
Please hire more staff Please train them on proper food prep as advertised. And if its not them and they are tild to do that, shame on management.
Today's visit : D+ The food was good.
Pics included. On the burger that's just cheese and mushrooms. A couple dots of mayo are barely...
