I have been looking for someone to replace the batteries on a collection of watches I have that have been sitting in a drawer for some time. Bandwidth being an issue as well. As a side note, I did stop by one day at the Fast Fix in Fashion Square one day and after not getting any price on battery replacement and just being treated rudely, I walked out. Having the time, I did a Google search for a location near me and came across Phoenix Jewelry. PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix Jewelry is located INSIDE Los Altos Ranch Market. AND - schedule an appointment. It will be so much easier as David the owner, is incredibly busy and rightfully so. I showed David my watches and after listening to his story and how he treated other customers, I am sold. He took care of the batteries, cleaned my watch and provided the best customer service you can expect. His pricing is better than fair and he does amazing work. He sells an incredible amount of gold and custom designed jewelry as well. 5 star review for these amazing guys! David did a phenomenal job on my necklace that was my mother's who passed away last year. I honestly didnt't think anyone would be able to repair it. I told him how special it was for me and he got it done in small amount of time and he left it in perfect condition. It was split in the middle and it was very noticeable split. He repaired it and it now looks as if it was never damaged and split. I am super impressed with his work. He was very careful and understanding of what I expected and wanted. I would trust him to do any other repair on my jewelry. He also made out of my diamond earing a charm I requested from him to make for me and it turned out beautiful. They are resizing champs! I was really bummed when all the big box stores said at least 4 days - 2 weeks out to resize my engagement ring. I called these guys up (And there is a whopping two of them) and they were able to dedicate their time and efforts to one ring at a time. Total turn around time for me was 30 minutes at about a fraction of the cost just to go down a size or two!

Really friendly team, and there's two of them in a tiny shop. I like this because again, they can focus their time, efforts, and skills on one piece at a time and make sure it's done right.
