Dinner tonight turned out to be a huge disappointment. I had ordered a plate with a double order of the beef and broccoli and fried rice and a plate with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken/chow neon and white rice. The biggest problem was that the broccoli was basically raw! I wish I was being over dramatic with this one, but there was about 20 large pieces of extremely crunchy broccoli that I couldn't puncture with a metal fork. Then in the sea of undercooked broccoli, there was 5 pieces, chopped into one inch squares of bite sized beef, for my double order! I get that it's marketed as the healthier entree option, but just giving a plate of broccoli is absurd. To make it all that much more inedible, there was very little sauce on it all. The teriyaki chicken was chopped into large chunks, all with considerable amounts of fats and grizzle on them, served with the sauce on the side. After biting into 3 pieces and being met with resistance, I gave up. Moving onto the orange chicken, there was so much breading that I'm surprised it can even be marketed as chicken. The last couple of times I tired doing Panda, I was disappointed, but never was it this wildly bad. I'm officially done trying it and hoping for better results.

Well had to do update. 12-08-23 I stopped by panda and got out the car and walked in. Got the bigger plate or Beef flavored Broccoli because there was no beef at all. I had bigger chunks of walnuts instead of beef. If I'm paying 15+ and no beef that's B.S. and reading upon some reviews apparently I'm not the only person. Here is some pictures of said beef don't be fool it's walnuts. Oh and the little side container should be steak I got like 3 piece the rest was veggies. I know inflation is hard but come on. Where do i begin. Well i dont like to put reviews like this but here we go. Make sure if you go drive thru you speak loud and clear enough. Have them repeat the order, and if it's wrong correct them but make it seem it was your fault, (because there busy laughing with co workers) yes mic was left on. So pull up to the window pay, get my order to be half right. I ordered bigger plate, they game me regular plate. I cant eat spicy and i got kung pao chicken. Didn't check till i got home.To tired to go back and have to break up there partly. What i did eat was cold, not warm cold. This place was my to go spot not after this.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic as Panda Express generally is. The service is typically quick even during high volume times. The parking lot isn’t the best due to the ongoing work surrounding the restaurant, but passable. Today unfortunately I ordered (2) Big Platter Entrees. After paying for the meals I was directed to wait for several minutes in the parking lot area while they cooked up some hot and fresh steak that was the only hindrance at that moment to what would have been a smooth and speedy drive through pickup. After one of the individuals came out to hand deliver my order as well as I witnessed him giving out two other orders to drivers waiting as I was. I got home to find out the the order I ordered was not the order I payed for. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant only to have the phone busy or ringing. Other then this mistake I can say that this location has always typically been on point with my orders and the food received quickly, hot, fresh and delicious.

I went through the drive through and order a 3item meal and a kids meal on my way to finish helping my mom set up her classroom before school starts Monday. I get to the school which is about 10mins away and i notice my 3rd item is missing and the kids meal is ALL string beans and 1 small piece of meat(a two year old will only eat so much of the string beans and its supposed to be chicken AND string beans) the kids meal part was annoying but i just fed him meat from my food. I called the store to tell them what happened and the guy i talked to said if you bring in your receipt before 9pm we will give you a 2item plate free of charge. By the time I was able to get back over to the panda express it was 850pm. I had an exhausted 2year old who was melting down and they were pretty busy. I got up to order with my receipt in hand and told the girl what I was told when i called earlier. Another lady jumped in and said "we won't give you a free 2item plate for that all you get is your entree" i responded with "that is not what i was told when i called and talked to the man who answered the phone" she snapped back with " who did you talk to?" Me- "he never said his name" rude employee- " did they write down your name? " me-" idk if they wrote anything down they never asked for my name. " rude employee grabs my receipt and walks in the back them come back out and says "he only said you get your entree." Me- "that is not what i was told but i'll take Orange chicken so i can go"........... she then handed me a box of orange chicken that she sloppily filled and got sauce all over the out side of the box. There was never any remorse of the restaurants mistake and i was treated like i was stealing from them when I fully paid for the food i was not given. It was super inconvenient that i had to drive back there and then to be treated so badly and didnt get anything to even try to make up for any of it. I wasnt even given an apologize. I dont even believe she talked to anyone when she went In the back since the person who i supposedly talked to didn't come out to talk to me personally like they should have. HORRIBLE...

The manager Cindy and her staff made my visit to pick up an Uber eats order a disaster and it cost me money 💰. I walked in and inform staff that I'm with UE, here to pick up David E's order. The staff person starts to get order and then tells me that I need to show her my phone to confirm that I'm actually picking up order. I said, I don't and I'm not - it's in the car being charged. Mgr Cindy comes over to inform me that per PE policy, I must show them my phone. I inform her (cindy) that is not PE nor Uber eats policy and I'm an independent contractor and that's not anyone's policy but something she made up. I question her: do you think that I just stumbled upon this PE and actually picked this name out the blue to steal someone's food? She said, yes - I could. I even walked back to my car and got the order number and gave it to her. That wasn't good enough, she says again... just call someone else to come get the food, like I can really do that. I tell her, this is your customer that will have a delayed delivery because of lack of willingness to understand how all this works. I've made well over 5k deliveries across 7 or 8 states and none nor Uber requires me to show my phone... I still don't understand why... if I can confirm the name and order number, there is no need for anything else. If UE, PE and myself do our jobs - the customer gets their food while still hot and should be happy. Because I had to cancel order, the new person will go pick up order and not know the food has been sitting for 20/30 minutes and then possibly get rated poorly because of no fault of their own. This is unacceptable behavior and a store Mgr should know better.

We're all partners to help the hungry...

Don't waste your money at this location. I have been here numerous times. The only thing consistent is their lack of hygiene, portion size, and quality. A person who identifies as THE MANAGER, Jeanette or Janet (?) Is going to put this locationout of business. I called to advise that when I was there this week I didn't get what I ordered. I told her I tried calling as soon as we got home and that no one answered. I also told her that there is always either less than correct portions served or missing items. She said "well just don't come here at all go some where else". I told her it is sad that instead of being proactive she is telling clients not to do business with this location. Her lack of a customer service driven mentality and the lack of basic business etiquette is extremely obvious. I wasn't asking for refund, Free food, or anything. Just hoping someone would take a moment to retrain their team to make the experience better for other customers. After all nothing worse than being told to wait for food, pay, and go home to find items are missing or you got served a small portion because they ran out. I hope that GM or owner review their process for promotion and hiring. It leaves a lot to be desired when the person who identified themselves as a manager lack the most basic managerial trait, accountability. But I guess this is what happens when the hiring pool is limited and employees don't care about...
