Read moreThe place is great to shop at but some of their employees needs to be trained in common sense when a customer spends something $25 dollars on a meal from their fresh made food area and they are holding you back and wasting your time about how much salsa you require.
I bought 2 lbs of steak as well as a 60 count of totillas for lunch today. I had not 1, not 2, but 3 employees almost have a panic attack about how much sauce i took to go with my 2 lbs of steak.
1st employee was at the cash register. I paid and I ask if I may have 2 small container for salsa. She said no you have to use the super small ones. (okay did you not see how much steak I just bought?) do you think I have time to fill up 25 of those super small containers? Which are equal to 1 of those bigger to go containers.
2nd Employee was just at the salsa bar staring at me over my shoulder about what I was doing next to me like he was my body guard. Really? Did you guys buy this salsa at premium cost? I asked if I can have containers I was told no. I asked if I can buy them, and a employee was nice and polite and gave me one.
3rd Employee was a girl at the salsa bar who was told by the 2nd employee what I was doing. I explained to her that I bought 2 lbs of steak and I needed a container as the one i had to go. I was not eating at the place. She said you have to pay for those? I said Okay can you find out and confirm? She told me she would talk to a Manager. I did not have time to waste because my lunch was only 30 minutes but i will be returning to speak with someone.
This review probably doesn't matter to anyone but I wanted to share my experience...
Read moreToday March 27 I had again a very unpleasant eating experience at least I go to Pro Ranch Market for my Lunch break. I had a complaint about their service to one of the Manager's his last Name is Vega. This was last week there were 3 ladies in the service section and only one person in front of me. He was taking a long time in deciding what he wanted. I only had 30 minutes for lunch. I asked one of the ladies can you please serve me. She completed ignored me and turned her back. I had to go and get someone from another department to do their job. Another occasion I asked the lady I wanted to taste and see if it was too spicy. She refused and her reply was everything in here is spicy and hot. Today after I finish paying for my food the lady would not give my plate. She started serving another person and once again she ignored me. This is so upsetting to me. How can they get away with this. To lady in front of me I said," can you give my plate" She walked away. The lady by the register told her she already paid for it. I never seen such a poor service in my life. They have the worse attitude. They are rude. They don't know the meaning of been polite to customers. They don't care. They don't apologize. They should be train on good customer service. I'm paying for my Lunch is not for free. Do I really want to go for lunch at Pro Ranch Market? Does Pro Market really cares about...
