Truly delicious Mexican food available in a cafeteria area, the freshest bulk tortillas available anywhere...they're still warm even. Bakery is all Mexican favorites as well as their fresh salsas station. My favorite is their fresh bulk cheese and creme station. I can get authentic Oaxaca Creme or many other fresh cremes and cheeses in bulk made in different areas of Mexico and imported fresh to this store...and prices are very reasonable. I visit the Ranch Market mostly for the Mexican Crema. There is no comparison to the flavor of creama to sour cream. I prefer to cook with it instead of sour cream. It is much like a normal market with a bakery but so much more. There is a place to purchase fresh tortillas, warmed ready to eat meats, and even a place to buy tacos or other Mexican food fare.
