Terrible experience ☹️. I’ve been coming here for years. Today I got a balloon and as soon as I walked out of the store it exploded. I came back inside and the girl asked “did you guys hit anything with it”? I said no. She goes to inflate another balloon to replace it and guess what? That one explodes too. She tried to get my to just take a third replacement balloon but I requested a refund. I got a refund but the whole time she didn’t look at me, didn’t apologize once, and kept looking around aimlessly. The balloon was $11.90 and she also gave me the wrong change back which was so odd?? It was more than I paid and I told her but she seemed upset when I returned the extra money and didn’t even say goodbye, just made an angry face and looked at the next customer.

Then when I came back inside to get my receipt since it wasn’t returned, she said in Spanish that I probably lost it in front of me assuming that I didn’t understand and...

I went yesterday, I went to go check out but the line was long and waited when I got to the front one of the employees that was checking out told me and my bf in a very rude attitude “were you in line” but he was being rude and had a really rude attitude like if he was going to kick us to the back of the line I was really upset and when we finished paying he had said “thank you” but rude and very sarcastic very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place they really don’t treat you good and this is the worst experience I’ve ever gotten from this place, the last time I came the employees were just talking and don’t pay attention...

Bad costumer service, I called to make sure they had the items I was looking for they said they had it so I went to the store and I couldn't find them I asked a worker and he said it's in the first aisle and ignored me to start talking with a coworker (nothing work related just playing around) I couldn't find my items so I went to ask the cashier and the other worker showed me where they didn't have what I was looking for after they said they did on the phone having to look around all over the store asking for help being ignored and receiving bad attitude at the end they...
