I placed an order about 10:45 p.m. on a Saturday evening ... I was told that my order would be delivered between 11:25 and 11:35. I understand that it's the weekend and it's Taco Bell so it tends to get busy so when I got a text message saying that my order was being delayed for 30 minutes I was okay with that because I understand... My order was a combo number 6, and a beefy Frito burrito ... last time I checked, combos automatically come with a drink correct? Now I ordered off of GrubHub so it gave me the option to select the drink that I wanted I chose a lemonade ... when I order finally showed up an hour after it was supposed to, the driver had no drink in his hand and told me that they never gave him one ... he apologized profusely to me and I told him it wasn't his fault I was not upset with him ... I called the store at 12:10 a.m. to let them know the issue and the employee who answered the phone laughed at me, when I told him that I never got my drink... he first told me that I didn't order one and that's why I didn't receive one ... when I asked him well why wouldn't I get a drink with a combo? his answer changed to oh I'm sorry about that what do you want me to do about it? I said I'm not trying to be rude I just don't want to pay for something I didn't receive obviously I ordered delivery because I can't get to you so I was anticipating this drink that I haven't received how do we fix this? He got silent for over a minute and then finally said I guess the next time you come in we'll just have to give you a free something or other to make up for it ... (laughs) I understand it's late and I understand teenagers work at night so I politely asked him if he would like me to call back in the morning to speak to a manager and he said "I guess I'll just let you talk to one now" and laughed as he handed the phone off ... the manager got on the phone I repeated my issue to him he asked for my name so he could pull up the order and then proceeded to tell me that he had no way of telling whether or not I got my drink because the GrubHub driver was late ... (don't understand what that has to do with it, but whatever) I said I'm telling you I never got my drink so how do we fix this because want to be charged for something that I didn't get and he was just like "I don't know what you want me to do about it I guess the next time you come in we'll just have to refund your drink" the entire time I was talking to the manager he was having a side conversation with an employee and they were both laughing about what was being said ... I am highly disappointed at the lack of service from your crew members and your manager ... as a former 5 year taco bell assistant manager I can say that is not tacobell standards and that the crew that you had last night did a horrible job representing the brand and your name and your store.... I wasn't asking for free things, I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, and I sure don't deserve to be laughed at on the phone..... all this over a drink..... that I paid for and never recieved.... will be calling the GM in the am...
Read moreSo a few weeks ago I went through the drive through. They Immediately asked what I would like, and I asked to be given a moment to look at the menu. Being pregnant it takes me a minute to decide. It really didn't take long. I get to the window and pay for my order and all of a sudden, a different girl comes to the window and says, " here you go " and damn near shoved my food at me, had I not been fast enough to bring my other hand up to catch it, my food would have fallen to the ground. She started shoving it at me before I even had time to move while she was giving me the bag. So anytime I order at any taco bell I always go through the bags to make sure I have everything because they always forget items. It doesn't take long. While I was doing so, the same girl opens the window and rudely says " can I help you with something?" I said no I'm just checking my bag to make sure everything is here. She tells me "Well can you move your car forward to do that because we have other cars in line". Now mind you the distraction is making me have to start over because I'm trying to make sure I have everything". I basically said no because if anything is missing". If there is I will have to get back in line or go inside. Thats the point of going through the drive through so I don't have to get out with my kids. So, she just closes the window and stares at me, and I was so flustered I just left not realizing they forgot part of my order and when I called to complain and talk with a store owner or above those inside, they were rude and gave me a run around. Once I got home, I realized I did in fact have items missing so called again regarding missing items and that same rude girl got on the phone saying she knew for a fact nothing was missing and I would not get a replacement for those items or a refund. I'm a professional and I don't have time to argue with someone over 3 something worth of missing Cinna twists. So instead called another store but was given the wrong number for HR and the online option for customer service doesn't work either. The food was nasty anyway not warm at all most likely due to the time spent making sure my order wasn't missing. They may think because it is a big chain restaurant, that they can treat people poorly. But they need major retraining. Also, a reminder you never know when you might need something from a person you treat poorly. God has a way of giving back what you...
Read moreParked, went inside to order to-go. Fast ordering, absolutely terrible priority system. It took 21 minutes to get the food (timeline history) - 5:46pm-6:07pm.
When I walked into this location on 11/12/2022 at 5:46pm there was a guy in a reflective vest already waiting for his food for to-go, this is important, remember this detail. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box to-go and then my friend ordered the Nacho Fries Box to-go after me.
While waiting, a father and son duo walked in and ordered dine-in, they sat down and waited for their food. After about 6-8 minutes I received my Nacho Fries Box, the guy in the reflective vest was still sitting there waiting for his food. Then at roughly 10-12 minutes in, the father and son duo received their food, my friend who I came in with gets impatient and goes out to smoke a cigarette while I'm just standing there waiting for them to call his order. The guy in the reflective vest still does not have his food.
At roughly 15 minutes in, my friend comes back from smoking his cigarette and we're frustrated on what's taking so long. The guy in the reflective vest finally gets his order, it was literally one item, I can only imagine his anger and frustration. Then shortly after the reflective vest guy left the lady making food asks my friend why he's standing in their lobby like she had forgotten that he ordered food, he tells her, looks at their monitor and pretty much has an oops moment. It took an additional 5-6 minutes to get his order. Thankfully the food was still kind of warm when we got home nearby, but this was definitely the worst walk-in and order to-go experience I've ever had.
I would not recommend coming to...
