The Cellar at 12West Brewing — Restaurant in Mesa

We originally went to the 12 West Brewery but they sent us downstairs saying we would be served quicker since they just opened. We had a group of 6 grabbing dinner two and a half hours before a concert across the street from this place. When we went down there were only 4 other people in there. We got our first drinks quickly and put in our food order which was 2 orders of chicken strips, a pretzel and sandwich. We waited over an hour to get our food and no one came to refill our cups until one of our friends went to the bar to ask for service. There was never more than 20 people there(including us) and they had 4 servers just standing behind the bar and only helping those who were directly infront of them. After we got our second drinks and our food no one came around for almost another hour while we were waiting for our bill. It wasnt until we got up to leave that one of the servers RAN over saying she would get our bill. I told her we were leaving as soon as we had our jackets on. She ran behind the bar and ran back with our checks. We paid but for the first time for any of us, we left $0 tip. This comedy club has only been open three weeks, fourth being this weekend. We have attended every show and could not have had a better time..."laughing till it hurts" and enjoying great food and drinks. The 12 West Brewing Co. is on the main level so it's a perfect place to go for a delicious dinner and drinks, and then head downstairs for the comedy show featuring top notch comedians under the promotional expertise of comedian Mike James and enjoying the beautiful and comfortable newly decorated lounge under the supervision of 12 West's owner,...

This place is awesome!! Came here for my first actual comedy show and I couldn’t stop laughing! There were servers that came around and grabbed your drink order so you didn’t have to walk up to the bar. This space is also decorated so perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of thought and hard work into it! We came for dinner and drinks and then headed downstairs for more drinks and the comedy show. I highly recommend to anyone...
