Id give it -☆☆☆☆☆ If I could!!!!! We had an absolutely horrible experience and will never go back! We went in it took about 15 minutes to get acknowledged, when we finally did we ordered some Iced Teas and Waters and some guacamole, which the drinks took about 15 min to get, when we did we ordered or food. We had eaten the chips and salsa that where on the table our server had passed by several times never refreshed them for us, we where also really low on drinks, so i asked one of the other employees there if we could get some more chips and salsa also told her that we're supposed to have guacamole coming out, so the lady brought a whole tray of chips and salsa to the table behind us and we got nothing. So it's been about 35 min now, NO drinks No guacamole yet??? I told my boyfriend at this point our food should be coming out soon and I dont even want the guacamole if it's all going to come at the same time. They had people in there but its wasnt ridiculously busy or anything like that when we sat down there was still Empty Tables inside and out the server should have been able to handle it!! So our server walks by and was like oh yea guacamole I'll get that right out for you another 15 minutes goes by finally we get our guacamole but no chips????? Hungry and starting to get really annoyed!! Probably a good 10 maybe 15 minutes goes by and I flagged down our server and let her know that we don't have any chips. So took her a good 5 min to go get thoes she says she doesn't know what's taking so long with our food but she's going to put a rush on it and then she disappears?? Well its been over an hour since we ordered and the table next to us was there before we sat down and still didn't have their food and we had a show to get to. We sat there for another 15 min and had to leave so we left $ on the table to cover the drinks guacamole and we left really put a big damper on dinner and date night!! Going to the show starving really sucked to!! Poor planning, poor organization, poor service, no communication, I guess the guacamole was okay but at that point we were so hungry we just devoured it when we finally got the chips, nothing like being hungry and sitting there looking at something you can't eat! We will definitely never go back there again or recommended...

The food is phenomenal but the service is terrible. I found this restaurant in May and I came in for the $.99 taco Tuesday special. The tacos were so good and so reasonable I came back every Tuesday for most of the summer. I always ordered chile verde tacos and added rice, beans and a drink. My bill came out to around $10 for a really good filling dinner so I usually left $5 or more for a tip on a $10.00 plate. The first time I came in the place was all but empty but I mentioned it to tons of friends and took my gf there for dinner and spent $50.00. I always posted on Snapchat and tons of people asked me where it was and said they wanted to try it out. When I first started going they served the .99 tacos all evening. Then things started to change. A new bar tender was hired and she told me when I came in the Taco special ended at 8:00 and since it was 8:30 she would have to make a special exception to serve the Taco special. Ok fine. I went back a couple weeks later and the tacos were cold but .99. Then again I went in around 8:00 and she said the tacos were full price because I ordered at 8 ok no worries I'll make sure to come earlier. The next time I came in at 7:30 and she told me straight up the Taco special ended at 6:30 sorry. She blamed it on the cooks who refused to make .99 tacos after 6:30pm. I got the vibe she was always annoyed that I came and ate tacos but never ordered drinks and my tab was never over $15 compared to the 2 drunks who were usually there on Tuesday nights spending 50-100 on drinks and maybe food. She was always attentive to them but kind of blew me off. Seemed like although I was a regular on Tuesday evenings no matter what time I went I always missed the special so she could jack up my bill and require me to pay a larger tip. She has forgotten the golden rule in the service industry "The Customer is Always Right" it's a shame but I'm going to find a new taco...

Terrible server and service!! We tried this place as a group today and the service was absolutely horrendous. Everything started slow with chips drinks, etc. but when the server came to take our order, three of the nine orders were totally messed up. Service was slow from the get-go with the chips and refilling the drinks I must say. I had ordered the shrimp enchiladas with double beans no rice, the server brought out shrimp enchiladas with rice only and when I questioned him about what happened he said “no you said you wanted all rice” to which three people at my table chimed in and said “that’s not what he said we heard him”, my stepdaughters Tacos had to be sent back three times because they kept putting the wrong tacos on her plate, the last time the server just snatched her plate up and took it away and then the manager came in Hot and was asking exactly what she needed… They also put cheese on her food when she instructed them that she is dairy free so then it had to be sent back again. My wife’s quesadilla did not have The cheese that she paid two dollars extra for…and the server brought Out the wrong drink. I think it was a simple case of the server did not speak English English very well, but why would you have a server in a position where they can’t speak English and understand basic request on a meal? he was taking notes in his iPad like crazy so either the kitchen screwed up or he just did not type things incorrectly? Nothing was comped, there were no discounts nor were there any apologies… We were 100% not be back and will not recommend this restaurant to anybody we know. It is a shame because the food was actually pretty good. The service issues back to back to back ruined our experience. Also this restaurant was not busy whatsoever and we were the only party there at the...
