I had a terrible experience tonight while picking up my order. They write in your receipt that it will take 35 min and then they just expect you to wait inside where there is no place since it was too busy and then when I show up to pick up my order in 25 minutes, she saw my receipt and told me oh can’t you see it’s 35 minute written on the receipt so you have to wait and I saw my order was set down on the other side. She doesn’t even go to check if my order was ready or not she just told me to wait which I did. She made me wait total 50 minute for one single order, which was only three piece of lamb chops which is kind of overpriced, but I don’t care since the food taste good but the two girls who work in the other side of the counter just serve food like she just blame it on me that oh they called your name you didn’t show up I was like I did show up after 20 minute you told me to wait on the other side since you said your food was not ready which was ready from a long long time but she just blame it on me and started giggling with her other colleagues, and just back talking about their customer that’s what really pissed me off. They don’t care if the person is fasting or came from a long work day. I waited total one hour for one plate of food, which...

I frequent this spot and have lived in the valley for around 10 years. Simply put, they are the best around and very authentic. Here in the valley, for this type of food, it’s hard to find a good place. Come here!!! I come from the Detroit area which has the best ā€œmiddle eastern/ Mediterranean ā€ in America (NYC could be an argument).

The place tends to get very busy around normal average dining times, that’s a good sign.

They have very nice take out packaging, and always have boxes, bags, plastic silverware. (Higher quality for disposable)

Everything I have tried here is amazing. I usually do a shawarma dinner plate and end up having leftovers, I’m a big dude. Great value, and healthy food.

Plus to top it all off, they usually give a free piece of baklava per diner when you order a meal. It’s a very nice touch and people notice, and it brings them back.

Shukran. Thank you for all the pleasant experiences over the years. My mother just had catering from here for my sisters baby shower, and she said it all went amazing and the food was awesome! She said everyone loved it!

Wishing you blessings in the future. Thanks for bringing a small part something that reminds me of my home area close by.

You deserve the...

The other day I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff was noticeably rude and unprofessional. This place used to be so much better just a few months ago, but now the level of service has seriously gone downhill.

All of the new male employees come off as rude and clearly unprofessional. The female employees don’t seem to know how to do their jobs properly and definitely don’t know how to talk to customers with respect. It’s clear there’s been little to no training in customer service.

I used to come here regularly and always had a great experience. A few months ago there were employees who really cared, there was a teenager who looked Middle Eastern, a tall white guy, and a Mexican girl. They always treated customers the right way and showed respect. Now with all the new staff, the difference is obvious.

The food is still the same, but the service has gotten much worse. The manager just seems like he’s there to collect a paycheck, not to actually manage. The employees spend more time messing around and talking than focusing on doing their jobs or treating customers right.

I know the owner can do much better than this. It’s really unfortunate to see how far this...

Everyone who’s been to @Green Corner knows how good it is and now I totally get the hype šŸ˜ As a Persian who knows a thing or two about Middle Eastern food, this is the first time I’ve been impressed here in Arizona. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with love! I’ll definitely keep coming back šŸ’š #GreenCorner #MesaEats #middleeasternfood #azeats #FoodWithNush

Very good place to have a large and reasonably priced plate of shawarma, gyro, baba ghanoush (whichever way you choose to spell it), falafel, etc. Most apps/side dishes were five to six dollars, and entree plates mostly in the eight to eleven dollars. Plate is plenty for most folk as they come with pita, and with a side plate you will be taking some home most likely. Hummus was pretty good, baba ghanoush was nice, falafel and shawarma delivered, while salad and rice complimented well. Kibbeh was a bit on the bland side, so not as good as the rest. Each entree plate comes with complimentary piece of baklava. It is sheet baklava, so not as good as the more labor intensive rolled kind, but free is nice. You order and pay first, and get a number. Service is therefore not the main focus, which shows when larger groups come in. Forget about getting the food at the same time. It will come as it is made, and not even in the order it was ordered in. Still friendly people work here, so overall a very good value for the money. Nothing fancy. Four stars is still well over average, and I will gladly be back to dine here, when I crave what they make.
