Thank you Mark for the reminder as per why I never go to this location :) 4.14.25 I placed an order on the phone thinking I called the Warner and Cooper location plus the cashier did not say which location it was (to my remembrance). After the allotted time passed, what did I do? I go to the Warner and Cooper location. Imagine my surprise when I found out that I called the wrong location after arriving at the incorrect location and checking my phone history. I go to the correct location and I get my food and go grab my drink. Out of curiosity, I check my food and of course, the food is cold and the fries looked old. I grabbed who I now know as Mark's attention and I tell him that the food is cold and ask for a refire. Mark goes and grabs the ticket and says "oh it was a 7:15 call time." So I worked in the sit down food industry, when you open the bag the fries are old, you can tell, the wings (which my order was incorrect) the box was not even "sweating" After which I told Mark "If a re-fire is going to be an issue, I would like to have a refund" He agreed, we found a happy ground. So I thought. Mark wanted to continue to push the issue and go back and forth. I honestly only asked for refund, never swore at him, "abused" him like he claim, I swear I only asked for a refund. He can post the surveillance footage if otherwise. Mark wanted to go back and forth with me, a customer and each time I just repeated "just give me my refund." No profanity, no "abuse", nothing. The professionalism was not there, was not asking for a butt kisser just a re-fire or refund. Mark, you wanted to escalate the issue. Only when I was leaving when you did the normal corporate ordeal and apologized for the inconvenience did i say "No you weren't" to which you asked "Am I calling you a liar?" and I responded "Yes" since you so desperately wanted a response. Read moreOrdered a 20 piece of wings at around 11:45 pm for carryout. Got there at exactly midnight which is the time they close. The doors were locked and the two guys in there (hispanic and black) the black guy yelled through the doors saying were closed so i yelled back saying i called in for a carry out order. They both acknowledged that and just walked away so i thought they were going to grab my order and have me pay for it but they just went on about cleaning the place for at least 15 minutes making eye contact with me every once in a while not saying one word..so i cslled the place and the hispanic guy answered and thats when i asked "im standing outside, am i going to get my order or what?" And he said "no, i dont even know how the website let you llace a carryout order." So then i said " well why didnt you open the door or yell through the door saying sorry we cant give you your order anymore, we're closed." or at least say something instead of having me stand outside waiting like an idiot and making eye contact with me...if i could give it zero stars for customer service i would. At least fix the website to not let ppl place an order about a half hour before close or state on your site that if you get there past midniggt for a carryout order you will not get it. Not just acknowledge someone that you know what they're talking about and make them feel like you're going to grab their order and have them stand outside for 15 minutes not saying a damn word. Read moreI called at 7:33 for an order Gordea answered and said “Thank you for calling wing” and click he hangs up didn’t even finish answering the phone before he hangs up I call back 18 times back to back no answer I even walked in still calling at 7:50 and Godea greats us I politely asked why no one answering the phone Gordea response was were busy and only taking online orders I then asked why he hung up the phone on me he said because he heard no one on the other end I informed him that he hung up in the middle of his self talking I then told him to go ahead and proceed with his previous order since he was BUSY I ordered a 8 pc Louisiana rub combo and a 10pc combo with Louisiana rub and garlic Parmesan we get home and the order was wrong the 8 pc was garlic Parmesan and the 10 pc was Parmesan and what looked like a bbq sauce I drive back up there get there at 8:40 to try and get a refund and Godea tells us he can’t give a refund because he closed the registers even though they close at 9 Godea tells me I have to return the next business day to get a refund I literally wanted to call the police because I didn’t want to leave with out my money but I had my child with me and needed to find something else to eat Godea didn’t care and hes the GM of the store there is no hope for this location while he’s...
