Normally you don't get all gushy talking about your insurance agent but in this case it is warranted. These guys saved me over $14,000 annually on my auto/home insurance (and I didn't lose any coverage - as a matter of fact my deductible is less now!!). Yes you read that right, saved $14,000/year!! Pretty ridiculous to have Liberty Mutual push leads to the Comparion website, where you submit all of the information again for a quote, the redirected to call the agency. Call a city-specific number for Mesa to have an insurance agent leave on open air hold listening to them breathe waiting for a different agent cause he can’t quote Mesa on the Mesa Contact number. 5 mins out that on hold waiting and I disconnect. As a first impression the lack of care, customer service and attentiveness is a red flag.
