So while watching TV with my sister we kept seeing pizza commercials and we both decided to order from Dominos (my favorite place to order 🍕🍕🍕). I decided to order on Saturday to get it here by the time my sister got home from work. I actually placed my order the night before but had it set for 11:30am and it was here right on time and hot. I apologize to Domino's for two things 1 because I didn't get my delivery person's name but she was so sweet and very happy, I was sitting outside and was there when she pulled up and she wasn't grumpy and didn't just drop and run she actually had extremely great customer service and she should be the one to train new hires so they know what great customer service is. 2. I didn't get pictures (will next time) because we wanted to eat. I used the coupon where you can get items from the $6.99 menu. I ordered the Chicken Habanero sandwich (this is an OMG where have you been all my life sandwich) and I ordered the two toppings pizza 😋 with hamburger and bacon and added onions and tomatoes ($4.00 more but well worth it) my sister dipped hers in ranch and I dipped mine in mustard for a cheese burger experience 🍔🍕. If you're not around this location (you're missing out LoL) I would highly recommend ordering from Domino's great food and not over priced). Will be ordering soon and holding my sister off with one hand and taking pictures with the other 🤣🤣🤣🤣....
Read moreI called dominoes Pizza today November 7,2016 to order a carryout special, this was by far my worst experience, I was on hold for 10 minutes and 38 seconds to trust and place an order, I got there to the dominoes Pizza once they answered the phone, the guy that picked up the phone to take my order hung up in my face when I told him I was pulling up, once I got in there to order my Pizza, I paid my $8.65 for my carryout and then I was quoted another 15-20 minute wait. If I would have known that I wouldn't have swiped my debit card. I politely asked for a refund and the young lady that was on duty, I explained to her the whole situation of my current experience and I told her this has never happened since I have been coming here and I showed her in my phone the hold time without having someone to take my order and also about the guy who hung up in my face and while receiving my refund they guy stated it was him that picked up my call, basically not caring of my concern for his rudeness. I had a disappointed daughter when we left your store, so we drove to the one closer to our house at 10704 Garland road, #100 for our dinner tonight. Read moreI am very disappointed in today's service. I placed an order online at 8:56 PM. It is now 10:48 PM and we have yet to receive our order. I called to get status and they hung up on me 3 times. Finally on the 4th try the guy answers and I give him my name to check status and he states that they are just now putting it in the oven. I asked how much longer he stated it will be 25 minutes more meaning we would have been waiting an entire 2-2 & 1/2 hours before receiving our order. What upsets me is that we never received a courtesy call to let us know that it would take longer than normal to get our order. It only takes a minute to pick up the phone and advise the customer that they are overloaded with orders or whatever the reasoning is. The pizza we ordered was for our children and if we would have been told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait we would have made arrangements to pick up something else. This is unacceptable. The employee on the phone didn't even seem to care he never apologized or showed any type of empathy. We had to cancel the order since it is so late. We can not have our children wait any longer.
