Subway — Restaurant in Mesquite

I entered this establishment at 6:15pm... when I entered there was one lady ordering and two other ppl in front of me. There was one NEW lady making sandwiches. After 10 minutes of standing in line, another lady by the name of Alicia came from around the corner wiping her hands and arms as though she'd been in the back washing something. Anywho, she proceeded to the register and printed out an order and made it. She then half helped the lady in line, but the new girl end up finishing her order. Mind you there were now 3 other ppl behind me. After standing in line for now 35 mins, I asked the new lady was her manager here and she said no Alicia (coworker) is here, then asked if I wanted her to get her. I said yes. Alicia came around the corner and asked me, how could she help me? I asked her if she could help the NEW lady. She stated her manager told her to keep doing what she was doing and stated she's slow because she's new. Then she proceeded back to the back. At this time, there was 5 ppl in line and again I have been standing here 43 mins. I laughed it off, although I wanted to go off on her. When Alicia finished playing in the water in the back and putting bread on a pan, she then came to the front to help the new lady. I was next in line, but she helped the couple behind me. Again I laughed it off. Once my sandwich was complete, (47mins later), I asked for the managers name and ole Alicia said her name is Karen and she'll be here Monday! So Karen I will be calling you Monday about the horrible customer service. Why would you advise Alicia to not assist the NEW lady when there is 5 or more ppl in line? Especially if the new girl doesn't even know the difference between turkey and chicken. Definitely...

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this subway. I know I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered food they the mobile app for pick up to get food on my way to work for a 12 hour shift. I go to pick it up and since I was in a rush To make it to work on time I didn’t check my food like I should have my order ended up being completely wrong. They gave me the wrong sandwich. Then I ordered from them again the next day cuz I love subway I ordered from them again. My order said it was ready at 6:25pm as the time I requested and once I pulled up to subway the store was completely shut down. Nobody in sight. Said they was down for a hour due to no bread a hour in a half later my girlfriend went to get my food or get me a refund and they still wasn’t open and no one was at the restaurant at all. I go this morning 8-14-2022 to speak to a manager since they won’t ever answer the phone I get there and there closed still. Waited 5 more hours called the restaurant multiple times once again no one answers. Go back up to the store and once again the store is still completely closed and I still have no food or my money back at all. I wish I could give the store a zero score cuz this is very unprofessional business...

I live about 8/10 mins from this subway. Was driving past today, & decided to stop in, it was my 1st time at that location on gus thomasson...I had stopped eating @ subway about 2 years ago because of filthy stores, lack of unspoiled ingredients & sad,angry employees.

After starting doordash delivery, I have recently given my closer neighborhood subway a 2nd chance, its being managed by diff people now. The signage that should include pricing, does not have many prices listed? I asked the man working if he knew how much the black forest ham 6in was, he said he thinks its $6.48😐...I asked him how we can find out for sure what the price is, do we make the sandwich first? He just looked at me...like he had no clue what I was saying. I advised I'd just head to the subway closer to my place, where the prices are listed....he just smiled & agreed...

1: Please price your products 2: Please get English speaking employees. Many of these 'English speaking' foreigners speak a completely different dialect of English than an American born citizen...they don't actually comprehend many English words or have the ability to effectively...
