The wait for service at the copy center is excessively long. So long in fact that when I called earlier today I was told they were to busy to speak to me. Last week I called to see if I could print a view images for my kids but was concerned about the copywrite rules since I wanted to print Shopkins, Transformers, Pokemon, etc... I was assured that it was allowed and proceeded to spend a few hours on finding the right images and sizing them appropriately. Then I sent the order in through their website and paid for it. The confirmation told me the order would be ready by 7pm. I called at 6pm and was told due to copywrite laws they couldn't print them.
Wasn't it nice for them to call and tell me not to waste my time driving up to the store sometime within the FIVE hours I'd sent the order in? Oh wait. They didn't contact me and tell me despite having both my email and phone number! Maybe it's because they are severely understaffed. Now I don't have a problem with the copywrite law and they should be expected to follow it. I do have a problem with the fact that I checked prior to even attempting to find the images. I specifically asked if I could print Transformers, Shopkins, Pokemon, and a bunch of others and I was assured I could without any problem.
So now I have to go cancel my order online. They can't do it in the store so I guess I'll give myself my own refund too. Train your people better. Hire more staff or hire a manager who trains their people better and knows how to schedule...

Waited in line, then when it was our turn, she skipped us twice even though the front desk cashier said into the walkie talkie that we were checking out until another worker pointed out to her that it was us that was next in the printing line. She shut us down when we got to her desk, saying itâs too much to print because she has to tend to other customers as well. She stated that our prints were going to take too long. Whatâs the point of waiting in line if we were going to be put after other customers? This location closes at 8pm. Thatâs an entire 3 hours still. Even then, there was only one lady behind us in line. Then Vina went on to say, she is only allowed to print out 10 large blueprints per customer and continued to deny me doing a separate transaction from my partnerâs order. She said she was going to try to get to it tonight but she had to be on the floor at 5pm. The store wasnât even busy. When we asked what time it would be available the next morning, she said she didnât know because the worker in the morning had other tasks to do along with tending to counter customers. However, I would just ask if you could fasten the work at the printing department. The waiting line is always long. Sometimes, I go there to print documents very fast because I have other appointments. Otherwise, it is a very good place, and definitely love this location. We are neighbors! đđ€
I like this new location. I was a loyal customer to the previous location in Mesquite. It is very close it by the way! It is very clean. Employees are very welcoming and respectful. They are very organized. I also like the online registration to be in line. In stead of waiting, you can just go shopping in the building, and you will be receiving a text stating your time left in the line. They help everyone and provide good service. You may wait a little longer in the line. I go here usually to print and send fax. I like the quality of the printing papers they use. All in all, I am very satisfied.
